Cannot feel any welcome at all, the service is bad, I feel I'm intruder to thier house instead of as a client go into the shop

The staff was really really rude!!! He whistled at me to move out of his way. Shop was smelly and dirty, no care was taken into keeping the store clean. Bought fishes from there a few times and some were sick with fungus. The male boss was also super rude and unfriendly!!!!

Not friendly. Trying to get advice in buying some aquatic plants but the seller was not being helpful. I was left unattended for a long time until I decided to just left not buying anything. Variety of choice but price is quite high. Well, if the seller are being helpful then I wouldn't mind paying extra for their "expertise".

Variety of plant and livestock. But i have went to 10+ other shop, this is the priciest one. If you are rich enough, can go here. The mark up the price like super damn high. Bucep just one small plant they sold for 50-80. Other shop i can get around 20-30. I know cus i survey a lot.

First time visited this shop, unable to enter inside as boss said maximum number of 5 customers reached (due to FMCO SOP). So he asked if he could assist me without me entering the shop? Went there because it was a convenient place for me. PR so poor that they don't know how to treat their customers. The workers just don't bother you if they are busy with something else. They just don't care, poor hospitality.

The worker there ( mak cik ) is rude. Busy playing with her phone I had trouble trying to buy shrimp. I ask hey can you assist me to catch the shrimp she ask me to do it myself. This is my second time dealing with this mak cik. Never going back. First time might be bad mood but second time? I'm not going back and get insulted again.

Despite reading reviews from other people about the boss being rude, I decided to give it a try. But major regret, this uncle really gives of the impression that he is annoyed at questions and is not interested in your business. When I asked questions he would give me one word answers, and there were even times when he sarcastically said "I don't know!" with a smug smile as if I’m being ridiculous for asking questions about fish tanks.

Overpriced, Bad customer service & after sales service. Wanted to check a product brought from the shop if it’s faulty or not but the owner assumed we wanted to get refund and simply just put us down w very bad remarks! Worst attitude ever! all the staffs there are not even equipped w fish tank knowledges! Ask few questions as we are new to this but just brushed us off w totally unrelated answers! SS14 one is definitely way better than this shop! Only here coz of convenience but thanks to the owner we will definitely not be back!

Went there because its convenient for me, Its a weird feeling to feel regrettable after spending so much money there fall these time. Its sad to say they don't know how to keep their client and continue on a long business. I don't mind stepping out of Subang from now on to spend my money elsewhere with a better care and service.

Before I reach I read some review from Google. Claim that staff arrogant. To me they are super friendly. I picked rocks and spent super long time picking item. No one scold me or saying anything bad. When I asked question I get answer. Service comfortable. Sometime ppl seem hard to please, in shop they don't wan ppl bother them, they feel stress. But when they wan something, they wan ppl appear in a blink of an eye. If u didn't they complaint. I make this review after I went few aqua shop. It is ordinary fish shop, but everything above the marks. Getting hard to get shop like this. Appreciate while you can. Stop complaining

The boss almost certainly doesn't acknowledge your presence, never once offered help despite many times visiing this shop. Only the Indonesian/Malay lady helps at times but clearly this is not a spot for beginners or newbies. This place is meant for those who know exactly what you want.

Such a great place to start. They have almost everything from filters to water conditioners all the way to plants and substrate. So helpful and kind! Definitely a place for beginners to learn. Great advices from the boss. 5 stars no questions asked.

Trust me this shop is expensive. Paid rm40++ for a single decent 10-15cm size driftwood. Only reason i came here is because there are no other shops around.

I gave 2 stars coz there are plenty of beautiful scaped tanks, however; the attitude of the workers are bad especially the mak cik. The mak cik is really bothering me when I was netting my fish and got ignored by her when I asked for help,and even yelled at me for telling her to pack the fishes that I've caught. Boss attitude not really friendly and stuff there are mostly overpriced.

I bought worm for RM 10. According to the shop RM 1 I get 10 so in total I should get 100 worms but only got 60 worms. Already damm expensive than other shop plus you get less. Better count there itself before bring it back home because it's expensive there.

I always visit this store to buy their fishes. Most aquarium shops have sickly fishes but here their fishes are very healthy. Can see they really take good care of the fishes. And their stocks are quite complete.

The shop has 2 sections; for fishes and for plants. A lot of beautiful small fishes available and the plants are nice. Aunty was really accommodating and answered all of our newbie questions. Even helped with choosing our aquarium and furnish it. So happy will return for more fishes!

Fish looked like malnutrition, bought 5 coryfish and one almost dying on the way home and died after 2 hours in the tank. The staff that packed it don't bother to check and advise if the fish is not good condition. Owner is friendly enough. Wanted to buy aquatic plants but the staff keep saying it not suitable. I wanted to buy a plant that doesn't require co2 so I choose a plant that tied to a wood. As far as I know a plant that is tied to a wood does not require soil type substrate(im a newbie) the staff doesn't even look at what type of plant I choose. Keeps saying it needs lots of light. Need to be planted to soil etc. Summary if you need advise on the plants or products seek owner not the staff. If you want to buy branded products (ADA Japan) then can buy from them. For me what I think the difference between buying online vs buying in the store is, I don't mind paying more for the advise and knowledge when buying something in the store that's the difference.

The main selling point will be the varieties of aquatic plants it offers, if you are interested in aquascaping, this is your to-go place. Do note I say TOP 5 BEST AQUASCAPE shop, as the fishes are just average and nothing special. One and only con is that the prices here are slightly above average compare to other stores but if you are a serous aqauscaper, few more ringgits won't hurt for a worthy product. Cheers!

The market is good.Reasonably clean with wide variety of vegetables,meat,fish fruits etc.Only downside is things are expensive.Fish is very very expensive.For example,one variety of fish is sold at double the price compare to Chow Kit market.Above the market,there are shops selling food at reasonable price. Overall,a good market,if only price can go down alittle.

At first i thought they only sell a few of fish & aquarium products, then i saw the next door lead to the terrarium, & then another door lead to the heaven of aquatics plant. I think they got most of the aquatics's plant that i watch from youtube. Great place to visit if you like variation of plants.
