First time I have nothing negative to say. The room was nice and clean. There is a queen size bed and a single bed. The small sofa you can remove the cushions and an make an extra bed on the floor with those. Beds quite comfortable and extra pillows. The wifi is unify so very good signal There are dishes, dish soap and amenities are quite complete. Water filter, refrigerator, no cooking but there's a microwave. View is very nice. Pool is nice and access straight to the beach where you can rent ATV, horse rides, etc. There's a badminton court, massage chairs and I even saw a few BBQ grills ( but didn't inquire access) Owner is very kind and respectful even when there was a slight miscommunication and all our needs were fully taken care of. Price is quite reasonable for all you get. And full details on how to access the apartment and parking. Will definitely stay again and highly recommend this place.

The unit I stayed at was superb! Its clean, tidy and cozy. So relaxing for 3 of us. Love the kitchen utensils and theres washing machine+dryer. Beds are nice and comfy. No complain at all, all compliments! The beach is soooooo clean and beautiful. Highly recommended guys!

We have had a studio room in this school holiday. The room is out of expectation. From the kitchen cutlery, extra mattress, wet cloth hanger and even Electrolux washing machine is provided. No bidet leakage, no waterway clogging. Superb facilities I will say. Walking distance to pool and sand beach. Must not miss, all resident will provide a covered car park. U dun need to get into sauna car everyone bump in. Good stay in Kuantan. It complete my trip here.

The beach is really nice. Room facilities are not bad but no cooking panel as indicated. That was a surprise to me as i have prepared some fresh vege but cannot be cooked. This is definitely not a hotel, but airbnb. Only provides room with no service at all. Nobody top up shampoo, toilet tissue etc. buffet breakfast was indicated. But once I entered, it became set meal only. Be careful of checking in. You cannot drive the car in but need check in hotel to get carpark QR code first. It could be confusing for first timer especially all security guards cannot speak English

Location wise, the seaside is not really clean compared with hotel seaside one, guess no ppl clean it. Best beach vacation ever. Our staying in Timurbay are the best experience. Honestly 2night stay are never enough to explore Kuantan city. Kids loves their pools and beach. There's a lot of activity nearby to try such as horse riding and ATV ride. Nevertheless, the food are awesome. Overall, solid 5 shining 🌟.

Seems to be a residential condo which is now >50% sub let through hotel booking platforms. Not somewhere I'd want to spend a long holiday but for a quick stop on the east coast this is a good option. Rooms were spacious enough for us but the service depends on who you book through. The residence themselves offer little or no service.

A bit far from the city but it has everything else within reach - the beach & 3 pools, plus offsite convenience store, local eateries and slightly upmarket restaurants, cafe and bakery - all within walking distance. Lot's of beach activities available from local operators: paragliding, banana boat, horse riding, ATV & buggy drive, kite, bubbles etc. The fronting main road is often very busy - cross carefully if you are trying to get across to the local stalls & eateries - not recommended to do so with large group of children. Breathtaking view of the South China Sea with sea view units enjoying spectacular sunrise, weather permitting. Digital access for all units and facilities. Parking is allocated by unit number - shouldn't be too far to manage your luggage - else just use the lobby. However, the parking ramp is difficult to negotiate plus no speed ramp. Only 2 types of unit, the smaller one is studio unit about 400 sq.ft with balcony, which is enough for small family.

The minute we stepped into the room, there was a huge cockroach. Moved on to the washroom and there was a lizard. Room was not cleaned, extremely dusty and dirty. Towels had stains on them. stayed there 3 nights and saw small cockroaches appear as well next few days. Told them to clean my room on the 3rd day, they said they already cleaned it the previous day, and that this is a service apartment, not hotel so we cannot clean everyday. washing machine worked well. View was nice. Swimming pool was nice as well. But not going to come back here for sure. Google says 4-star hotel but its not even a hotel. It's a service apartment.

I booked this hotel under a vacation club so the price is really affordable. It has a beachy vibe . And peaceful. Its like 4 days isnt enough for me to relax more.

My family’s favourite place to heading during school holidays. Can’t count how many times repeat to stay here because feel so in love with the beach beautiful and the pool also wide. But some rooms is not take care properly by his owner. Sometimes you can found a cockroach below you bed 🤣 but so far we always got the best view and rooms here.. will came again and again never bored hahahha

It is very worth paying. The place is amazing with splendid view. I felt secure with the security given by the premise. The staffs were so friendly and helpful. You can find food easily as there are many stores selling food just outside the building. The facilities and the beach are easily accessed too. It is a great place to be for a holiday

Absolutely loved our stay here. Apartment was very clean and very well equipped with everything you need. Right on the beach front with activities, a great selection of pools for all the family to enjoy. Small basic shop onsite and plenty of shops outside the complex, 7 eleven, beach shop, pizza, subway and a selection of little eateries that served great food. I would highly recommend a stay here.

The location is awesome, it's on the beach and feels like a private beach. Wake up early to see the sunrise which is awesome. There are horse riding, quad bikes on the beach and multiple swimming pools, a billiard room, a massage chair, and a gym to relax and enjoy. I stayed in a studio room which was good but the bed is quite small if you have a baby. You have the subway and the pizza shop and other Malaysian food shops just outside of residence. I recommend this place because of the beach and sunrise.

The room is nicely decorated & arranged. The partition with day curtain makes a proper divider between the hall/sofa & the bed. The sofa fits a kid size bed so very convenient for a family of 4. The coway & the washing machine really adds up the value for long term business travel. The management is excellent. Responsive & helpful. Kudos to Bob & Bella.

The room is very nice, its basically like a house with complete home electric appliances: refrigerator, washing+drying machine, microwave, induction cooker free to use. Ocean side view. Just that the check in procedure is taking some time such as: parking for taking key, finding parking after taking key. other than that everything is fine, and also got shops& restaurants outside the residents.

Location probably is the best reason why we stayed here. We came during school holidays this the pool was Jam Pack. Wouldn’t want to join the crowd during this time. If the pool os not too crowded, then it would be ok. However, it is good that the venue take initiatives to clean the pool twice a day. Once in the morning and 2nd during mid day. The beach is great. It is shallow enough to swim and when we were there, there was no jellyfish. So all good to take a dip with the kids. Even my 4yo have tonnes of fun at the beach. We also take the chance to try the ATV ride. It was also one of the best activity to do there. The ATV is well-maintained and the handler is very nice. Do try it if you have the chance. Food is definitely not an issue. Across the street from the condo, there’s a lot of good food, from hot cook to seafood… from breakfast to supper. All should be taken care off. There’s also TMG Express and 7Eleven if you need to buy some groceries. The only downside is the 2 room apartment is a bit too small for us since we have 5 adult and 2 kids. But we are not spending much time in the room anyway so it is not that bad. The bathroom drain was also clog for a bit. Other than that it was A OK.

The description on booking detail state a queen bed, a double bed in one room and a sofa bed in living room, which can fit 4 adults and a 11 years old. But later we found that there's no sofa bed, instead a 2 sitter sofa, the 11 year old have to curl on it. The room is dusty, and didn't provide enough towel. The pantry is well equipped though, but we hardly use it. The washing basin is a bit high, some problem for short person to use it. By the shower everything is pretty good.

The beach is fairly clean and access to the resort from the beach is quite secured (using access card). Our room is on level 3A (4) which is near the parking area. The lifts are a bit slow but the staircase provided the solution for going to down to the pool (G) and gym (level 1). The pool is not at its best condition maybe because of the crowd. The lap pool is 50m long. The room is nicely decorated and can host 4 adults without problem
