Hi, I was in one of the clinics for my daughter's skin which I noticed on the monitor about Premier Clinic for Hair regrow. It was an interesting video and the work was performed. The next day I make an appointment and consulted with Doctor Foo ya. He was very patient and seems knowledgeable and honest. He answered all my questions and discussed with me a few routes. Then he suggested a suitable treatment based on my hair loss. The method he suggested was having an injection + laser (alternative every two weeks) + using 3 shampoos + taking one vitamin tablet every day. It is about one and half months into my hair treatment and the doctor said the results will show in 4 to 6 months. I take picture of my head to see the progress. Last time I asked Dr Foo how is the result so far? He checked my head and told me there are many baby hair already on the back and front of my head. I am hoping that will continue and get much better results. Overall, the nurse and staff are very friendly and helpful. Dr Foo ya is doing himself all the treatment for me which is great! Quick response and kindly provided all details I needed to know before making decision whether to proceed to a consultation. I’ve been frustrated, as there is no transparency in price/treatments and effective communication in this country, but this place is western quality and I felt I can really trust them. I also contracted to the similar clinic near this one, but they were so rude and not trustworthy not willing to disclose even ingredients in their IV drop. Very suspicious and scary😥 so, I’m very glad to find this clinic!!

Very unprofessional with time and behaviour. Please don’t come here if you are kind of impatient coz they really let you to wait until u fall asleep.I had a booking here at 5.30pm and I being on time. At first I register at counter and filled up some form & everything is smooth. After that the receptionist leads me to “VIP” room🙄 to wait for the doctor. I thought everything is fine and maybe just need to wait for 10/15 minutes only but UNFORTUNATELY not. They let me to wait until 1hrs+ and still nobody ask me to consultation room. I really felt disappointed to their service and for sure I won’t come again. 👎🏻

Always have concern with my complexion. I had my consultation with Dr Foo, very patience to explain what suits me the best, in details, definitely no hard selling and I was so confident to sign up the laser course with him immediately.
