I’m
not
a
stranger
to
working
with
a
personal
trainer
or
committing
to
diet
regimes.
When
I
was
recommended
to
work
with
Peak
there
were
some
major
differences
spoken
about
that
stood
out
to
me.
The
trainers
at
Peak
listen
to
you
and
ask
specifically
what
you
want
to
achieve.
They
look
at
the
timeframe
you
have
available
and
how
much
or
little
you
are
prepared
to
change
in
order
to
achieve
your
goals.
They
motivate
and
progress
you
based
on
your
capabilities
and
not
a
standard
one
size
fits
all
set
of
expectations.
That
on
its
own
would
show
most
PT
users
that
the
Peak
way
is
different.
Once
you
start
training
you
will
start
to
experience
even
more
differences.
The
attention
to
detail
in
the
movements
and
techniques
are
way
beyond
anything
I
have
seen
from
a
trainer
in
the
past
20
years.
The
broader
care,
advice
and
attention
you
receive
during
your
journey
makes
you
feel
like
you
have
a
team
behind
you.
Sleep,
recovery,
nutrition,
stress
management
and
physical
training
gives
you
everything
you
need
to
make
the
Life
changes
you
want.
I’m
17
sessions
in
and
my
son
has
done
over
30.
The
results
are
visible
which
is
a
great
feeling
but
better
than
that
I
have
learnt
so
much
about
training
and
well-being
that
I
feel
I
won’t
slip
into
the
continual
yo
yo
cycle
of
diets,
training
and
injuries
again!
The
gym
itself
is
a
peaceful
and
welcoming
place,
others
training
there
are
on
the
same
journey
as
you
and
that
makes
the
whole
experience
a
motivating
one.
