My first time getting cakes here via a friend introduced. Becoz I don’t want a huge cake and wanted to try other cakes. So I got 2 cakes here. Death by Chocolate and Salted caramel chocolate. I can say that both cakes were delicious and awesome. Will definitely order more cakes from here.

19/06 2PM: Terrible experience ordering the Mon père for Father's Day and receiving the cake in half melted condition. The craftsmanship on the cake was poor with cracks along the edges of the cake, and the inability of the cake to even support the candles placed into it. Unlikely to trust a chocolate cake order from this outlet again. 19/06 6:15PM Review update: Elevete Patisserie has surprising and excellent customer care service. After seeing my poor review that shared disdain over the poor condition of the Mon père cake, Edwin from the business called me. He apologized about the disappointing experience I had and offered compensation, which I agreed to. This was honestly such a surprise. It's an experience I've rarely ever seen from a business. It speaks volumes about how much Elevete Patisserie cares about the customer experience. It makes you feel like its worthwhile choosing the cakes they make because you're assured of the service you'll get. Will I likely order from Elevete Patisserie again? Yes, especially after this. The excellent customer care experience has left me with a very favorable impression of the business.

We had the Pastel Dream design cake (customized in green & yellow for the bday theme) with choc and caramel cake base for our son’s birthday. It was so delicious, so far this is our third time ordering their cakes and Elevete never disappoints. Cake design was really pretty too but i forgot to take a pic before i added on my own toppers to make it kid- friendly 😅

Tq Elevete for this super moist n yummy black forest cake. I assured u never go wrong with this cake. You can taste its made from premium quality ingredients and is different from others black forest cake.

My dil said cake was soft and fluffy. Not too sweet just as adults like them. You hv a potential customer here. Yr service takes your shop to a new level of customer satisfaction.

THEIR CAKES ARE TO DIEEEEEE FOR! To start off with I don’t eat cakes at all. I received this beautifully packed & delivered cakes to my house on my birthday. And I can only say each bite of each only gets better and better! Definitely worth every bite and calorie! My taste buds are indeed happy! Their cakes are great! Really moist, flavourful and they look good too. They have a good selection of cake flavors and they're all very fairly priced for the quality. Not too sweet or "jelak' at all. I love The Local, Lemon Poppyseed, and Banana Peanut Butter. Will order from them over and over again.

The macarons I ordered were divine, they simply melted in the mouth, one (or four) was not enough. I couldn't get enough of them. Yes, they were meant for the guests but I simply had to have them as well! And the guests loved them too :) The service was awesome as well. Han Yi was friendly and helpful and responded to my queries and requests promptly. Thank you!

Recommend this place for cakes. Their cakes are so rich and moist. Definitely tastes premium yet reasonable price. I recommended to my friends as well. The cakes here tastes better than alexis in my opinion even though the cakes there are more expensive and supposedly premium. We haven't tried everything but really love the pandan cake. Everyone is always so impressed by it when they try it. Delivery is really fast as well, I live far away but they were able to deliver in around an hour time. Overall 10/10 for visual, taste and service. 💜💜💜

My go-to cake place for any celebration. So easy to place order online. Delivery is efficient. The cake is fresh and delicious! Lemon poppy seed, pandan gula melaka and chocolate cake is the best! You have to try it.

Elevete's cakes and pastries never disappoints . What my family loved most are the macarons. Many interesting flavours to choose from. The macaron tower is an interesting twist to replace the usual birthday cake. Every CNY, try and get hold of their pineapple tarts, the best so far.

I'm not a huge cake fan but they seem to have some very interesting cakes for sale. Elevate is more of an online platform. I tried the 12 mix pieces at RM140, so let's see how it fares. Judging from the reviews and sweet tooth people, this place is the bomb.

Had an incredibly pleasant experience purchasing a cake online for my mom's birthday during the pandemic- prompt correspondence (both whatsapp and email) and very accommodating when I had to change the delivery date. Cake arrived in flawless condition, elegant packaging and needless to say my mom was very pleased. I'm very impressed by this level of service and dedication - will recommend and come back for more !

Love their Dirty Tiramisu Cake! We bought it for a guest at Serenity at Port Dickson to surprise them for their birthday, and they said the cake was the bomb. Its not overly sweet, just perfect, and the crumb caramelly coffee crunchy topping is just uumph!!! Online ordering for same day was easy, and affordable too. Will definetily order again :D

Had their Blackforest cake. Looks like a ordinary slice cake, but no! The taste really amazed me! Crazy that every single bite you will have big juicy black cherry. Sweet and tangy. The cake is so so so moist and rich chocolatey. Big shoutout to the crunchy "Ferrero Rocher" based that elevate the whole cake to another level! Definitely will buy for my birthday cake next time! It worth my money!

What a hidden gem! Had their Pandan Gula Melaka & Black Forest Cake, I would say they’re one of the best cakes that I’ve ever had. Can even taste that they’re using real pandan leaves juice in the cake base & not to mention the juicyyyy juiccyy cherry in BF cake! Their Macaroons had very delicate kind of texture with classic flavors. Order guys! You’ll not be disappointed.

I made an same day order & delivery for cupcakes for birthday event, the whole process from online purchasing to timely delivery is so smooth and efficient!! I bought (top to bottom) death by chocolate, vanilla, pop star (salted caramel chocolate) and lemon poppyseed cupcakes. They are creamy and delicious!! Can't tell which my favourite 😋

Their Lemon Poppyseed Cake is amazing! The cake has just the right level of sweetness and it's aesthetically pleasing. I like the texture of poppyseed in the cake as well. My house is all the way in Puchong, but the cake was delivered in excellent condition (they even cling-wrapped it). For this kind of quality and service, I am pleasantly surprised by the price of their cakes. 10/10 would recommend 🥰

Elevete cakes are so delicious and my favourite has been their Mon Cherí Blackforest. I fell in love with this cake since it’s filled with fresh juicy cherries.. and the sweetness level meets my expectation (btw their cakes are not too sweet which is why!) Their customer service is commendable too, when I had a wrong delivery address and updated elevete of the change but at the same time the rider could not divert, elevete replaced with a new fresh cake delivered by another rider. keep up the awesomeness elevete team!

Ordered lemon poppyseed cake and it was super nice. The cake was fluffy and wasn't very sweet. Most importantly the lemon taste wasn't the artificial kind!!

Delivery: I received two slices on from my friend as a belated birthday treat. The cakes were carefully packed in individual boxes, and protected with cling wrap. The Pandan Gula Melaka was interesting, and reminded me very much of kueh. While the Death By Chocolate was really, well, death by chocolate. So rich. Perfect with a cup of black coffee.

While struggling to place order via Grab due to delivery location, when contacted the patisserie, the manager Edwin had helped greatly in arranging and resolving the issue. We managed to get the cakes and macarons on the same day. The packaging is neat and pretty, the custom note is an additional bonus. Will try the cakes later but they certainly looks good. Thanks again for the wonderful experience.
