Beginning from good customer service to understand company requirements to their products offered, matching the right colours according to company policy to some balloon samples they actually sent the physical pieces to my house just to confirm correct colours. I’m very impressed. Not to forget they’re affordable as well. Farzana also did great job in become the first point of contact with me. She closely follow up with me regarding invoices and payment and ask if anything I need help. Muru and team who did the balloon set-up had done a good job as well, the time they estimated was accurate. It is easy to contact Muru as he will also call you to ask for set-up availability. He is friendly. Overall it’s a pleasant experience working with WB, please keep it up. I recommend WB services.

Woderful work from both balloon team and backdrop team. Grand Opening went smoothly and right on track. They are quite on time and will notify you once they done. Unfortunately not a genuine business as claimed by reviews. Committed a dateline but did not fulfill - at the end of day did not pick up our calls, didn’t delivery our customize balloons for our event. We wanted to cancel since is not printed yet but they refused to accept but instead promise they will commit to our dateline. Till now still no one called us back and we have paid for the balloons.

This Wonder balloons have very bad after sales service, before event they ask for 100% full payment, now i know the real reason, because after event they will just ignore the customers and not even answer customers called to admit the fault. I have called continuous 3 days after event, sent the photos and message about the problem faced during event where the balloon drop gimmick suck and not working properly during the event....no reply in whatsapp, PIC not picking up call, no call back, nothing .... just ignore. In fact we just hope to find out reason of and how come the string was entangled. I hope this message was read by top management since i can't get hold of anyone and called back customer who recently (Oct) did balloon drop gimmick in event. Your mistake has affected badly on our company image!!

I've had a pleasure experience when doing business with Wonder Balloons Malaysia! I was late to return my rental helium tank to them for almost 2 months since the actual returned date. To I was actually not aware of the rental process and procedure at that time, so i thought that i will only returned the empty tank once I finish using those helium gas. After i explained the situation, they are being so kind and considerate. And ask me to return it to the shop as soon as i can. Well I applaud them for their customer service and thus I can only assured you guys that you will experience the same value. RECOMMENDED 🙌👍

BAD Services! I do a payment amount around RM2k on 24th April 2021 for cameo sticker machine, stickers and beberapa items lain. Then they told me on 30 April yang barang baru cukup. Its okay for me. Then from 30 April, they just posted out our items on 11 May and until today 16th may, barang i still tak dapat. I dah rugi for 2 major occasions Mothers day and Teachers day on 9th and 16 May. semua stickers i kena print dkt kedai lain padahal i dah spent 2k from them! Sadly the manager said they are not responsible bila barang dah hantar ke tempat penghantaran. Their responsibility stop dekat situ sahaja. Kelakar.

I found their staff to be incredibly helpful and consultative in helping us design our event. They helped us to really liven up the place with glitter balloons, various sizes and convinced my too expand our color palette, which ended up working out beautifully.
