I went to many shops to search for the “one” that I really like according to the specifications I’ve in mind… the moment I stepped in to De Gem The Gardens Mall I found the “Aha Moment”, the staff serving me Kenneth was exceptionally good, friendly, not pushy, very patience with me wanting to try many pieces before deciding. Excellent customer service, it truly made me feel my entire diamond shopping experience was so great with them!

Friendly staff and most importantly the design is exquisite for necklace and rings. Went through few jewellery shops and still decided to come back for this eventually for my wedding necklace. Highly recommended for their professionalism and friendliness!
