Since April, I've been going to Beau and Hans for laser treatment due to skin pigmentation issues. This clinic is hands down the best in JB for my needs. Dr Winnie who attended to me every session patiently explained my skin issues, and the laser treatment procedure. She is also very careful with my skin, observing each time how it reacted to the laser and the creams that were prescribed. The result speaks for itself - my pigmentation issues have been steadily improving these past months, and my skin is brighter and clearer. Highly recommended!

Since late May, I have been travelling from Singapore to Beau & Hans Clinic for acne scar treatment. My facial acne scars are quite extensive and significant (throughout the cheek area, temples and forehead). During my initial consultation, Dr Pam patiently mapped out and explained the various types of acne scars I have (rolling, boxcar and icepick), a comprehensive + logical treatment plan, what I should reasonably expect (in terms of improvement) and adequately clarified my numerous concerns. No false promises or overselling at this clinic. Hence, I decided to proceed with acne scar treatment at Beau & Hans Clinic. I have since undergone 1 Fotona laser session and 1 hydration / repairing treatment, with a couple more sessions to follow. Prior to, during and after each treatment, Dr Pam would explain the treatment mechanism, after care instructions and reiterate other essentials. Dr Pam's treatment approach is to target each one of my acne scars with precision, which is a good sign. Her genuine dedication / passion towards aesthetic medicine + extensive practical experience in the realm of acne scar treatment are highly evident. Each trip to the clinic has left me feeling reassured that I am in good hands - to the extent where even the (occasional) causeway traffic jam / travelling time feels totally worth it. The support staff are highly responsive and accommodating via WhatsApp as well. I look forward to significant improvements to my acne scars over the coming months. One more point to add: Over the years, I have undergone consultation / treatment at various clinics in the UK and Singapore - however, the experience at Beau & Hans is simply unbeatable. In summary, I am paying less here (than what I would back home) to receive higher quality treatment and aftercare.

As a doctor myself, I am very particular about safety and competency of aesthetic clinics. Especially when it comes to procedures on skin and face! That said, I would give Beau and Hans 5 stars for their services. They are highly qualified medical practitioners after all. I felt safe and confident that I’m in good hands. Went to clinic since 2021 as i having pigmentation on my lip. After several treatment, it seem much lighten than before. I feel quite happy to see it. I have a skin pigmentation issue on my face. The pigmentation was really bad. After doing my research and taking the plunge to do the treatment, I am thankful I decided on Beau and Hans. Dr Pam is very patient in explaining in details the treatment plan etc. I am a typical man who usually doesn't take much care of my face. Dr Pam and team will constantly remind me to wash, put the moisturizer and creams and importantly the sun block. The care and concern into the patient's well being and after care service deserves a 5* rating. The results? Pigmentation is gone from my right side while it is almost gone from the left.

Went here on July 2020 bcs I experience an almost severe breakout last June. Dr Winnie didn’t put me on medicine yet she advised me to use clinical products first. And now, after 9 months going to this clinic (the doctor will monitor your skin until it is healed) I would say that I am very very happy with my current skin condition! The nurses here are very friendly & the doctors are great! Really recommend to go here if you’re experiencing skin problems.

Had Q-switch laser and hydration booster packages with the clinic. Started since early 2022, my skin hydration has improved and minor pigmentation has reduced in the past six months.
