Dr Kan is the best! I brought my toddler for a checkup and he was so patient with her, and really took the time to address any questions I had. He was very informative about the procedure I was going to do. He listened to my concerns, made helpful suggestions then began my procedure. I would definitely recommend these dental services to anyone looking for a dentist who is highly professional and caring.

The service was good and dentist was attentive. The 3-stars because front desk has affirmed the final cost before service starts, however during billing, it includes consultation fee and scaling which I thought is included in final pricing. The doctor did not share about this extra fee during treatment too. For this i’d give benefit of doubt. Just make sure you confirm everything is included before the service :) other than that, awesome!

I have done veneers and wisdom tooth surgery in this clinic. Price is affordable and most importantly, I am really satisfied with my experience and the result. Doctor Kan is so so patient, able to listen to patients very well and good in communication, confident in providing solutions and capable in delivering good service and result. Wisdom tooth surgery is surprisingly not painful at all, he is so capable that I feel so comfortable during the whole surgery. After a few days of my surgery, nurses has also approached me to ask how I feel during the recovery period, it was all good. During veneers and surgery procedures, doctor was very communicative to ask about how I feel, and tell us what he is going to do next in the procedures which always make me feel assured. I have been to different clinics for consultation and I have met dentists who is not as patient as him or dentist who may sound less confident when providing solutions. In front of Doctor Kan, I could express my expectation comfortably and we could discuss what is realistic to achieve it, I have met dentists whom I could not really talk about my expectation in the discussion, that is why I switch to this clinic for my treatment. Other than his dental skill, his communication skill, his personality is one of the thing that would make me remain as a regular patient of this clinic. Nurses and doctors are all so friendly, caring and my visits to here are always heartwarming and comfortable. Strongly recommended.

Dr Kan was amazing. His work is his life and he made sure that the job was done immaculately. I went in for a Clean & White package. Not only were my teeth scaled and cleaned, but Dr Kan was so informative with the care and progress on the condition of my teeth. And too boot the whitening session returned better results than what was expected. I guess I was very lucky. But especially lucky to be put into the care of Dr Kan and his team. Being a tourist/foreigner I found the visit with Dr Kan to be far outstanding than any dental visits in my home country. A+++ Service.

Did my orthodontics(braces) here with Dr. Kan. Started my treatment during the height of the pandemic and completed my treatment in May 2023. Very satisfied with service provided. Easy to communicate with the staff, if you don’t want to call, you can contact them through whatsapp and they will reply to you swiftly. Dr. Kan is very helpful and professional, answering all your questions regarding any procedures in details and patiently. Initially was a bit concerned with the pricing since the location was in mall but turned out they prices their services competitively. They are also open in the weekend which is a plus especially for thise that cannot take the day off during the weekend. The only downside is parking is hard to find if you’re coming on weekends. Other than that, very recommended to here to get your dental treatments/braces. 👍🏻

If only I had encountered a dentist like Dr. Kan during my initial dental visit as a child, I wouldn't have been so hesitant to attend regular dental check-ups. During my first born's inaugural dental visit, two of her baby teeth were making room for her first set of adult teeth. Dr. Kan took the time to make her feel comfortable, engaging her with a display of his dental tools. She was so engrossed that she completely forgot she was there for her first tooth extraction. Two baby teeth were removed without her even realizing it. I highly recommend this practice and will definitely return.

Had a wonderful experience with Dr Kan with his gentle hands and took care of my scaling and polishing smoothly with a wonderful clinic setup. To my surprise the price is affordable as well for such quality care! The nurses are super friendly and efficient as well good job! Highly recommend to family as well as I saw there are plenty of toys for the kids to get use to the environment.

Great service! 3 years ago, I brought my 2 and 4 year olds here and surprisingly, my kids loved the dental experience. Today, they still come here for their frequent check ups! Very child friendly and they even have a kids' room to ease them. I got to check my teeth as well because my kids were busy in the playroom!

i was treated by dr. chua and she was amazing! extremely thorough cleaning at a very affordable price ^__^ i wanted to do a consultation for my wisdom teeth and decided to do cleaning as well since i havent done one in some time. didnt book an appointment bc i just stumbled upon this clinic while walking around the mall but the staff were so accomodating and allowed a walk-in for consultation and cleaning!! please note it was a thursday afternoon and there weren't many people at all but booking appointments are highly recommended! staff were very friendly and engaged in small conversation while waiting to enter the room :) dr chua gave detailed explanations on my problem areas and would always explain her next steps. she was very reassuring and made sure i was comfortable throughout the whole hour plus session! i would definitely come here again!! down side is i will need to drive here for 4 hours hahahaha thank u dr chua and staff for making my experience a wonderful one!

Superb dental clinic I had visited. For teeth scaling only, there are 4 steps, not the same as the dental I went to before. You left the dental clinic confident that your teeth are clean. Doc is also very friendly. Every treatment he will ask if you are ok. From the moment you enter the clinic, the receptionist is friendly. Very recommended and I will come again.

Dr Kan is a caring, patient and professional dentist. I took my 8-year-old son Hugo to his dental clinic because he had a cavity. I was very surprised. Hugo actually had his teeth treated by other dentists, but in the end they couldn't solve his problem. He was very afraid of dentists, and it was very difficult for dentists to move his teeth. Thanks for meeting Dr. Kan this time. I spent two hours cleaning my teeth at Hugo for the first time. He patiently explained to Hugo how to brush and take care of his teeth correctly. As toeristen from the Netherlands we just walked around in the mall and unexpectedly found artius dental clinic. After asking, I could be treated without appointment. Due to holiday I had to cancel my appointment for yearly cleaning with my own dentist. So this is really a good news. The staff are very friendly and the dentist is very professional. She is young but very experienced (sorry I forgot her name). My tooth examined, deep cleaned and polished, she took the time, went through all steps. The final price is affordable (cheaper than we pay in NL) but the result is much better. All in all I am very satisfied.
