I'm confused at first on how to go to the building because I have to drive through the back of some buildings first. However, the guards are very helping since they show me the route to be taken. Then, I was confused once again since there are no info about the floor that I should go to since there are no signage at the elevator room.

I had a bad experience about the parking today 30/6/2019. We went for a wedding there and my friend lost his parking ticket, when we went to the parking office, to our surprise we were told to pay RM50 for lost ticket, even though per entrance for whole day is only RM5. It doesn’t make sense, if it is on weekday then it’s ok, because they will charge hourly, it’s really “suck”, it’s not because of the money, but really a broad day light robbery. What if a pakcik frm kampung had a similar situation. I personally won’t recommend this place, unless they do something about the parking.

There's a canteen at Level 10 which is accessible to the public, and public toilets at Levels B1 and B2, also available to the public. There's also MyNews at the back of the building for those who are looking for a light snack or beverage, or a place to hang out.

Good enviroment to work. Walking distance to mrt and lrt . Have cafe at level 10. Surau level 12.

Basically this is felda offices and their VIPs being guarded by felda police bantuan Royal songket boutique and Maybank at the gfloor Food court at level 10th and etc

Good premium office complex with café at the lobby area.
