They know what to do so that patients feel comfortable in the clinic. They usually give me appointments every six months. I usually ask for appointments earlier.

Did scaling under Dr Debbie. Such a wonderful dentist. She advised me the issue first, then explain to me the treatment and step by step in such a gentle manner, enabling me to relax throughout the process. And yay - its not painful as i thought it would be. Most of all, i must applaud the receptionist. when i was on call with them, i find they are very friendly. that kinda ease my worry of having to go see a dentist.

Very professional approach to client. I’m so appreciate to doctor Shamer and girls on reception for assistance in my problem. I lost my feeling in my front tooth (like half of tooth) and didn’t know what to do. Because I came like a tourist to Kyala Lumpur and know how expensive can be such kind of dentist. This is going to be long but it’s my honest , heartfelt review so bare with me. I found this clinic by googling the best dental clinic in KL and as soon as I saw the ratings I made the appointment and today, I got my wisdom tooth removed by Dr Damalis . My dental anxiety is severe. I avoid going to the dentist and usually go when forced to do so by extreme pain.I was so anxious , I was literally shaking because I have this irrational fear of dentists. They were all so kind an welcoming and that put me at ease. Mind you,I struggle with severe anxiety and it’s really hard to stay calm when forced to face my fear but Dr Damalis was so patient and very attentive. She made sure I wasn’t in pain by asking if I was okay multiple times during the procedure. One of the staff held my hand to keep me calm and I felt , safe. The extraction procedure went smoothly and painless. Staff semua friendly and penyabar. Dr Damalis you’re the best ! The best thing yang I suka is they make you feel comfortable. Tak payah takut sorang2. So siapa2 yang nak cari klinik gigi yang provide great services, friendly staff, you pergi je klinik ni okay. Klinik bersih, cantik and selesa! Met with Dr Shamir for scaling and polishing. He was friendly from the get go. Completed the procedure with minimal discomfort. Excellent experience.

I have dentophobia but Dr Shamer really helped me to overcome this by his expert, calmful and professional way of handling my questions and concerns. I needed molar extraction (which can be painful) but he did it in a way which I didn’t really noticed it was done until he told me. Looking forward to my next visit with Dr Shamer as I have full confidence of his expertise. Not only that, the nurse that helped also was very professional and friendly, including front desk staffs. You cannot go wrong with Klinik Pergigian Fauziah. I’ll give 6 stars if I can. Thanks!

I had a scaling session with Dr Damalis today. A very friendly and passionate dentist i must say. She knows what she is doing and will try her best to make sure her patients under her care feel comfortable and worry free. Unlike other dentists I have been before, she would advise what is the best option for her patients and not pushy about those expensive packages. She will advise what is necessary and nothing more which is something I really appreciate. Highly recommend Dr Damalis when you visit here!

The dentists are nice and gentle, to kids and adults. My kids enjoyed the experience, they are not afraid on the idea of going to the dentist, the equipments and treatment. The receptionist is very helpful, will call to remind about our appointment. They are also good at estimating how long is needed for each treatment and will not do the treatment unnecessarily (that can leave a big hole in your pocket) nor doing it without our consent. What I also like is that they will identify the issue, offer a solution and it worked. Oh, nice “workmanship” also. If you prefer a nice, modern and clean place; with helpful staff and gentle dental service - this can be your preferred clinic. Same as us.

I removed my wisdom tooth here. Dr.Damalis was so gentle and making sure my tooth was numbed properly before removing. Not painful at all. My healing progress was quite fast (within 2 days) Oh yah,remember to eat more ice cream, the bleeding will stop faster 😁

Dr Damalis and her team were great. Completed alot of extensive work on my teeth. Quick and fast as I was on a short trip to Malaysia. Dr Damalis didn't hurt me once in my four visits to her. Cost was also appropriate to the work that was needed on my teeth. Will be revisiting Dr Damalis in March 2024. Dr Damalis actually explained all procedures prior to treatment given. She's so gentle.
