Cold storage is one of the prominent supermarket stores in the city of Kuala Lumpur. I got the chance to visit one of its branch inside Petronas Suria KLCC building, offering a wide variety of products seafood, meats, fresh fruits, dairy products, gift hampers, treats & cookies, beverages, munchies, processed foods, bakery, confectionary, health and wellness products. Cold storage has dedicated sections for all the aforementioned products. It is a perfect place for gourmet shopping and quite popular among expats residing in the Kuala Lumpur. The superstore is massive in size and you can barely run out of options. Many of the products are imported. You will find imported fruits from Australia, US New Zealand. I went to their seafood section area, which is well maintained and not stinking at all. You can rather smell the ocean. it is well maintained and you have great selections to make when it comes to seafood. They offer a great variety of liquor and there are no restrictions even during Ramadan or EID. The place is really huge in size and remains busy most of the times till evening. Perhaps, it doesn't look crowded at all. They have many cash counters. The staff is quick and friendly. It is worth visiting for everyone right from expats, budget travelers, localities. They have good discounts and offer during Ramadan and Eid. I have managed to share the discounted prices on various products. The store is pricey though but you can still expect decent prices due to the wide variety in each product. This place is highly recommended to visit.

This supermarket's insistence on avoiding self-checkout and the cashier's attitude towards customers make for a frustrating experience, especially during peak times.

My wife would stop for the weirdest things!! Right after lunch while on the way back to the carpark, she insisted to stop by Cold Storage..As usual, I thought this must be for her favorite cut fruits..but just imagine my surprise when I heard some funny sounds coming from her direction..Apparently, that guy was selling Turkish Roll Ice Cream, but he was slicing and dicing some stuffs which made me think of Mongolian Beef cooking!! But the ice cream tasted quite delicious, and obviously my wife finished most of it...😋😋😋

Cold Storage Suria KLCC offers daily necessities products. They have fresh vegetables, fruits, meat, beverages (include alcoholic drinks), pastry products, packed foods, ready to eat food, etc. Location is just few steaps away from the main atrium. Products varieties are good. Tourists may also visit here to buy local products to be brought back as souvenirs. Pricing is maybe little bit higher due to location. Payment can be made by cash, card, and other electronic modes.

Always busy in Cold Storage at night. Best to do your shopping early and have to wait in line for the best ice cream in the mall.

The only reason why I would step into this establishment is because of its salad bar. I love it! There are many salad items to choose from with the many types of dressings available for me to choose. Granted, a big bowl could be pricey but hey, you pay for what it weighs. A big bowl of salad could last me two full meals, so I think the price is reasonable for the amount I took. Other than the salad bar, the other snack outlets not far from the salad bar is worth checking. I like the outlet that sells currypuffs and other fried stuff. Try it.

It's based in Suria KlCC - Leve C. Got many type of veggies Nd meats etc. Additionally also got another store Isetan.

waiting line is a big joke why dont you have more cashiers in the evening there’s 20-30minutes of waiting just to pay!

Layout so nice and got many items from local and oversea. Price a lil too high.

Selling many necessity stuff from daily need including variety of fruit, vegetable, meat, dairy, cooked and not cook, frozen foods, drinks, also alcohol and non halal product. Plenty of local brand and imported goods from country. Good choice and Convenient for Tourist can easyily get the local famous and many varieties biscuits, coffee, prepacked ready fix herb soup pack, chocolate, dried fruit vegetables and fruits etc... Buy Over here and bring back home. Beside on this the stuff / things arranged very nicely Neat. They do accept cards, cash, electronic payment even Alipay.

Great selection of freshly cooked food at food section by 10.00 am. Queue to pay can be long during lunch time.

+1 interesting selection of items. Frozen food from big brands at decent price. +2 spacious, but people need to maintain SOP social distance when lining up to pay at the counter. Lots of ready made food selections too.

My favourite place to get some tidbits and drinks , chilled and well organised store ✅ They have all in from grocery , flowers , herbs , fruits , snacks , drinks and they even have a bakery in this store . ✨ They have a section right beside the bakery , where they sell some set meals on a daily basis and the menu changes time to time . I got myself a chicken burger , chicken chop and a chocolate donut . All in cost me RM13 . 💰 The golden chicken chop set was worth the price , although was a bit soggy . It was yummy and comes with wedges . Overall for RM7.50 , it’s really good 💯 The chicken burger was edible and it only cost me RM3 so that was alright . The chocolate donut was huge and it was only RM2.50 . The toppings were a lot and tasty . 👍🏻 For me , personally I really like this store and with their set meals that are budget friendly I think it’s great 😃

My supermarket to go whenever I'm in KLCC. So many things can buy here from fresh fruits, veg's, seafood, beverages, ice cream, chocolate, cookies to your household necessities. I love their variety of food (mix rices, mee, spaghetti, chicken, nuggets, snacks, pastries etc) sold at a reasonable price. I bought their foods and snacks and then we have a little picnic with my fam at the KLCC park. So nice eating while enjoying the beautiful panorama.

Dear cold storage , we went to yr outlet in klcc to get the cheese and other things. Yr halal and non halal cheese are all mixed up. The promoter had to tell us which ones are halal. We did not buy because that is not the way to segregate halal and non halal products. Please segregate the halal and non halal section tbrough some retail labelling so that we will not make mistakes in picking up our choice. Thank you.

Great store, great selection of products and prices aren’t too high given the premium location.

Reasonably priced, items always in stock and plenty of choices. The ready cooked food here is also good and cheap. The fresh cold press juices are also super fresh. They make the juices here. The place is always clean here too. The only thing I didn't like is the cashiers can be slow at times. Not a big deal,but when there are a lot of people, it can be too time consuming

As far as grocers go, this is mediocre at best. Fresh produce, especially vegetables, are rather expensive. There aren't very many choices either. Queue system at the cashier also leaves a lot to be desired for. Isetan offers far better choices, though not much better either.

On 2023/12/30 around 6:30pm, my wife went to buy some groceries and after payments put them into a trolley. She was not able to push it to the main entrance as the walkway was very crowded with customers at that time. Then she asked your staff,a young man named Azwan to help. He, without slightest hesitation, smilingly took over the trolley and managed to push it to the main entrance. Azwan's work attitude is highly commendable.

Selling almost spoiled food. Taste like has been kept refrigerated from 1 day before and reheated and resell. U all are in KLCC. Tourist attraction place. Maybe have to do better in maintaining quality. Don’t bring shame to this country

Easy to shop. Each department is categorized nicely and easy to access the products. The downside is sometime long queue at payment counter.

Bought claims from this outlet and when I tried to cook it at home, found that they were extremely smelly and spoilt. Had no choice but to throw them away. You can get fresher seafood and ingredients at Village Grocer in Avenue K.

I bought 2 small hand bouquets on 8 May, Mother's Day. Each cost at Rm49.90. One is for Birthday and another is for mother. Flowers are fresh, wrapping is professional. Price is remain the same on the Mother's Day. Many florist increases their price on special occasion. I find the location is convenience for me to grab and go.

A large supermarket that sells some local Malaysian food, which means it's a good place to get some souvenirs from here. There are also some imported goods here. Good to get some stuff here as the same things may not be easily found in other places.

We love donuts and nasi lemak here. Buying them in cold strage, we sometimes enjoy lunch at KLCC.

The price is cheap. Buying 1 kinder for 4 piece is 4 Ringgit and 20 sens, which is cheap.

Great place to look for groceries. Even sell salads and fruits! All kinds of drinks and foods are there. Pet foods and some other necessities are also sold. Expects a long queue during weekend

Used to get imported stuffs from here, now they have turned into more localise concept. Thank you for your effort to promote & help our local entrepreneurs. 👍🏻

I've been working near the area for almost a decade and I've always love cold storage. Love the stuffs sold over there. Love the staffs who were so friendly to us. Always looked forward to but breakfast there every morning. How I wish cold storage can return to it's original business hours to open at 730 am in the morning

Its nice to find some groceries here. Price could be higher cause this place is also tourist attraction so its understandable. What my concern were that some non halal groceries such as liquor , beer or even other items were not seperated. All are being put mixing with each other which means people can just take and pay. This concerns are more to those who are muslims. Non muslims could just ignored . The 5stars are because of its comfortable and how organize the stores are

Nice food selection, but the store always has km long lines. If you dont like big lines, go to a mall across the road that has a smaller store, but a necessery selection of everything. Lines there are much smaller.

D foreign staff yang jaga fruit staff very rude...I thought onlt 1 staff...few times also encountered with different staffs especially their ice-cream rolls...please dont buy..dah la kena make payment jauh...mahal...fruits di letak 3 potong yg sama nipis dengan duit kertas.. staff rude and not helpful... extremely worst attitude and overpriced

Supermarket right in the middle of KLCC. A lot of people getting in and out during lunch hour. Quite a comprehensive supermarket with almost everything in groceries and ready to eat meals. Not a very big place but enough to find and grab the stuff you needed and go.
