My dad came here to make new dentures. The receptionist ask us how many teeth would he make . How do we suppose to know?it's her job to make an appointment for us so that we'll meet the doctor and check how many teeth would we make. We also saw people came in and go out again because they were treated like that. We know the doctor was nice but the receptionist was just so rude . Mybe she's new. Please advise them to treat people nicely. Thankyou . But still this clinic is the best and comfortable. Only some prob with the receptionist.

Excellent service. Result is visible and as expected. I had done Invisalign orthodontic which takes a much shorter period than the traditional orthodontic. During the treatment, I will be given a set of transparent braces (looks like retainer) which is much convenient especially when having meals. I wore the braces for roughly 7-8 months. Now, the dentist advises me to wear retainer for another 6months. I suffer totally no pain throughout the treatment. This is a bit pricy but it saves your times. Some of my friends who are the patients of the traditional orthodontic took a period of more than 2 years. Time is money. Conclude: it is worthy. This depends on your economic status too. Another treatment I have done with this clinic which satisfies me a lot is the whitening treatment. I can obviously see the difference from the third day of the treatment. I only use 1.5 syringe out of 8 syringes given to get the amazing result.

Good facility. Good place to get a quick fix for your teeth. I usually bring my kids here. However, not recommended if you have serious case that require long hours surgery or fix as they will put you in waiting list which is very long. Might as well put yourself in government dental clinic that is "free" and equally long waiting list

They always follow up with us after our treatment was done like 1-2 days later to make sure everything is alright. Things are always well explained before proceeding the treatments. The dentist, nurses and counter staffs are very friendly. And I like their dark emerald green color waiting area cushion!

Went for multiple times with my spouse. The reception is trained with flexibility and good communication although some standards are weird -neither good nor bad- e.g.: taking off shoe looks good for the general image but can be questionable in terms of promoting bacteria transfers from the clinic to our home "since we take off shoes at home". Dentist-wise, Dr. James is the champion of the house for everyone and his performance on tooth extraction surgery are painless and soundless. Definitely recommend for future visits and anyone who never had tooth extraction but is getting one. Despite that, it is also value for money but the drawback is the amount of time needed to queue for appointment with Dr. James. Of course, there are also other professionally trained dentists with lesser appointment time.

Today is my 3rd visits to da clinic. Very recommended. All da staffs was very friendl.. from da staff who handling da phone, text, the staff at the counter..they all did a great job. Keep it up guys. Big thank you to Dr. Stephen for his advices and knowledge he shared and for handling my ugly teeth's. Now I really can smile confidently because of him. Yayy.. ni bukan tambah butter ya but it's the truth. So again, thanks to all of da i-Smile family. 👏👏

The thing I like about this clinic is that they will assign a specific and only one doctor to asisst on your dental appointment. So the doctor knows exactly what treatment you need. The dentist explained very well. Treatment was short and quick, and I waited only 3-4 minutes after appointment at 4 pm. I take away 1-star because I absolutely detest the incorrigible rap song that was annoying and loud that was played in the waiting area. Don't play high bass music in dental clinics. High bass music pound on your chest. Play simple classical music that you don't have to pay any royalty on.
