Excellent hotel with great service. Staff are exceptionally helpful. Hotel offers a left luggage service after checking out, to allow you to enjoy a few more hours of this historic town.

Great value for money with fantastic location and a free car park. Clean, spacious, well equipped room. The only negative was the room temperature. It was simply cold (I traveled in January), despite of two heaters being super hot. Perhaps that was on purpose to sync with the Malbork castle experience 😉 the picture above the bed definitely helped to feel the spirit of the place

Stayed before attending parkrun which is very close Friendly staff, very clean and spacious room

It's perfectly situated between Malbork castle and the centre. The rooms are clean and have the basic amenities that you would expect to find. (Coffee making, tv, shower gel ect..) The rooms at the front of the hotel are preferred due to the views but your trip won't be ruined if you get a room at the back. (You're not exactly going to be exploring the city from the comfort of your hotel room!). You pay extra for breakfast (around £6) but I have not been able to try it since there are many cafe's in the area. The receptionists are friendly and have also tended to also speak English. (You might even bump into them across the road in McDonald's and they are still as friendly and will help if you need it) The prices tend to be quite cheap and represents great value when compared to other hotels in the area. Would totally recommend this hotel.

A disaster. The sink pipe broke in the toilet late one evening. No compensation at all :( The first receptionist was not service minded, was even rude. Breakfast after 1,5 hour after it open was there just a few pieces of ham and cheese left. Old bread. Hotel parkingplace was to small, had to pay for parking on the street. Terrace on roof had no furnitures. Terrace outside just had a sofa and there were the staffs smokingarea. Outside in the park was the place for local alcoholics to do their toilet. :( Booked and had to stay 3 nights :(

Very well surprised after check in. Large room', very clean and with proffessional staff. Huge and very tasty breakfast.

Power went out, there is no one to contact after hours. The accommodations were misrepresented online and not enough room for the four of us.

Very nice place to stay when you are coming to visit Malbork Castle. 5 min walk from it. Clean and comfortable.
