The practice team is very nice! But the doctor? Not my case at all! There were a few times during the operation that shouldn't have happened! He wasn't particularly friendly either. I suffer from anxiety and would have liked a nicer atmosphere! As the sisters said, kudos!

Very, very nice and courteous staff! The doctor is the best professionally and knows exactly what he is doing! I have been treated by him several times! And always at peace! For me there is no one better!

I don't understand how you can send anxious patients to this doctor. I was there with my mother for an abscess (well, we were also sent there because her dentist said he was pulling teeth under anesthesia) and from start to finish he was very condescending and unempathic and showed no consideration for her severe pain. And he also has to make it very clear that he doesn't take her fear and pain seriously at all. The ZFAs were nice though.

I would actually give it six stars. From the first appointment to the procedure, everything was perfect. The entire team is friendly and humorous across the board. Almost no pain after the procedure, what more could you want!? It was the best decision to go to this practice!

Already been there for the 4th time. Mr. V. Klinggräff and the practice team are very caring and take away your fears as a patient!! Appointments are made really promptly and there are hardly any waiting times in the practice. There were no complications after any surgical procedure! I can also recommend this practice to those who are scared
