This branch remains one of the best I have visited. It's convenient on a long trip and the food refuels hungry travellers. I was surprised to note it's not open 24 hours as I was certain it used to be. The food is excellent and served with a smile with the staff welcoming and friendly.

One of the best run Famous Brand Outlets I have encountered. Incredibly well kept premises weather you are filling up the car or filling up this mortal and expensive upkeep body to the bathrooma that are exquisitely looked after. Thanks folks for your kindness in the Services too and all I can do is refer and rate you generously above my usual 4 Star. To the Franchise Owner, well done Madam Boss or Sir 😉. These folks are the best do everything possible to please keep them happy. Really golden seeing folks serving with such a great heart 🙏

One of the best steers meals I've had in a while

I wanted to order a hamburger, the queue was occupied with people who already placed their orders. People were assisted haphazardly. A few days later my wife ordered hamburgers. Received our order after several other larger orders which were placed after ours.

This store does not meet the same food standards as other Steers eateries. Processed cheese, no butter, different flavours on burgers. You'll be paying for Steers, but you won't be eating Steers.

After 15 minutes, only half my order came out the kitchen. It stood getting cold while I had to wait another 10 minutes for the second half of the order.

The food are original perfect and delicious soft chips. Lack of service sometimes when it's too full and sometimes they don't check if you ordered drinks or not. They will just forget to give drinks if you bought it.

My order was at 13:15 and exactly at 13:35 i was called up for my order,that was a speedily professional service with waitresses that are forever smilling

Best take away Steers we have had on a long trip in ages. Last stopped in Kroonvaal and it was terrible. Old food, stale. But this was amazing. Keep it up.

A cherry on top of the bad service received at the Shell garage. Staff unfriendly and rude. We wanted to have a sit down meal but our food was packaged up to go. When i said something the lady behind the counter scoffed at me and said we should have told her. No... She should have asked. Done with steers. Especially this pathetic Aliwal Shell.

Location: great location, very convenient. Service: online ordering system. The service is relatively fast and the staff is friendly. Burgers: Not tasty at all (tasted as though they had been frozen for a very long time). Chips: Not the best, over cooked and oily. Usually, Steers chips are the best, not this time. Honestly, the meals were worth the price. Restaurant: limited dining area, flies everywhere, very hot (no aircon), only ventilation I saw was the door.
