Just got back from Hotel Sirius lovely hotel , very friendly staff , lovely pool/ bar area , rooms very clean. In the room was a monstrositie which I think was supposed to be shelving to make up not having any draws but to be honest it was a danger to anyone who was vertically challenged as they would hit there head on the sharp corners. On a negative note the dining room ! Well I’ve been in better canteens it was dull and dingy nothing like in the brochure and the rest of the hotel ! As for the food for a 4 star hotel was awful !! I have used 4 star hotels for the last 15 years and it was the worst food yet . According to some reviews the food was good maybe the chef that cooked for them was on holiday the week we were there.

This is a four star hotel, however, I believe that this hotel does not fit the criteria to be rated four stars. The rooms are a three star at best as they are very old fashioned and basic. The decor in the standard rooms is not what is displayed on their website, nor other holiday companies either. We were charged twice for a bill which we'd already paid due to a procedure not being explained. The receptionist knew very little about the local area and was therefore, not able to recommend any popular nearby places. My partner was treated very unprofessionally and spoken to in an aggressive manner on the restaurant floor having being shouted at by a male member of staff for asking for cutlery so that we could eat our breakfast, in front of all of the other hotel guests. The key card to the room disabled itself approximately seven times throughout the duration of our stay. The only real positive is that the beach is lovely and there are shops nearby, and is within walking distance. There seems to be a theme with the hotel staff as they appear to be passive aggressive. We did not find a member of staff in the hotel that was courteous, except for the domestic staff. Overall, this was a very disappointing hotel.

Very nice hotel, very well managed. Truly the most delicious food that you can ask for. Every day there were new things that we could try, aways something fresh, that they could cook on the momentif ask for. We've had an amazing vacation.

Loved it here. Not the biggest hotel, but rooms were fine with extremely comfortable beds and good air-conditioning. They were also very clean, and housekeeping did actually great job every day The smaller nature of the hotel meant it never felt too busy and the pool area always seemed to have free sunbeds without having to get up at the crack of dawn to reserve them. Food was good, with plenty of choice and even our fussy kids were never hungry! However, I'd perhaps avoid the food from the pool bar if you're after some lunch - it's a bit mediocre and takes a while to arrive. Beach is about 5 minutes away. We really liked this resort and would happily come back.

Perfect place for rest. Not far away to station S.Susanna. The train runs to Barcelona, ​​the approximate travel time is 1.30 minutes. The sea in 1 minute is the first line. Service 10 out of 5. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly. Food is what the soul desires. There is a swimming pool, very large.

Lovely Hotel, lovely staff, Room attended to everyday, Good choice of food at breakfast and dinner. Choice of beds at the swimming pool on 3rd floor with a bar. Short walk to the beach. Lots of shops, bars, supermarkets and cafés all on same street, right outside Hotel. All you need for a relaxing week away.

Stayed at the DWO Sirius for 6 nights. Excellent hotel with nice touches such as the coffee machine in each room. Adult only so perfect for rest and relaxation.

We stayed here for my partners Birthday. It has been a lovely stay. Everything is close by. The hotel is cosy & modern with a pool on top. We had a good view from our room & the food was lush.

I visited DWO Sirius alone for 6 days and i’m 24 years old. I visited Santa Susanna because I worked in this region 5 years ago. The hotel is very good. The staff is very nice and are willing to help you and to have a laugh or a chat. There are no children allowed and it’s so peaceful! The swimming pool is not to deep and not made for fun or games. Just to relax and cooldown. It’s on the third floor so you have a nice view and not so much noice. The beds at the swimming pool are very good! You can even ask for a big towel at the reception so you don’t have to bring your own! I really have no complains about the food. The breakfast and diner are both great. You have to pay for all the drinks at the restaurant diner but I wish they only let you pay for the drinks with alcohol and not the soft drinks. The sauna can use an upgrade and should not be €6,- a hour. €10,- for a morning or afternoon session sounds more than reasonable! The rooms are good. It’s nothing fancy but also not outdated. The beds with suspensions are typical in Spain. No issues with sleeping and my height is 1,98m. Comment for the hotel: get rid of the shower heads. They are so terrible. The location is close to clubs, bars and restaurants and also very close to the sea. Below the hotel is a small market where you can get some drinks and snacks for in the room. I can’t say anything about the entertainment because I was not focusing on it. All that said: it’s a great hotel and I would certainly recommend this hotel for couples and singles. If you are visiting, I wish you a nice stay and enjoy!

Was a great place to stay for location. Not enough staff at both pool and function room bars. We used hotel next door for entertainment because the lack of staff was frustrating. There was 1 female member of staff who thought it was OK to bark rules and regs to her paying guest .I witnessed her bully and embarass a young French guy for using a cushion on a sunbed but then didn't say anything to anyone for the next 4 days for commiting the very same so called crime. This for me is disgusting.She needs to bare in mind its an adults only hotel and the guest are not to be treated as children. Aircon was a bit hit and miss in our room, we did raise it with reception and someone said they had fixed it but they didn't. The room was very clean and modern with lots of plug sockets for chargers. There was a sofa bed in the room but this was a little stained in parts , looked like it needed a good cleaning. The bathroom again was very clean and modern. The shower is in the bath but no bath mat to prevent slipping but a lot of hotels do not provide this. We use a small towel to stand on.The food was lovely, a good selection each day. We had to pay for drinks separately though with our meal, even for a glass of water although we was half board not all inclusive.

loved my birthday stay here, it’s been so lovely, clean and friendly. The staff have helped us with getting taxis and any other queries. Breakfast had a wide variety so was very pleased. The room had a balcony was modern and cleaned regularly. It’s been so relaxing especially with a spa on site. Would recommend it’s a lovely area with links all round

I stayed at the DWO Sirius Hotel for a week and would like to share my positive experience. The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and always ready to assist. What particularly pleased us was that when we discovered that the mini-fridge in our room was not working, we immediately reported it to the front desk, and within 10 minutes, they provided us with a working fridge. The DWO Sirius Hotel turned out to be an excellent choice for adults. We were especially delighted with the variety of dishes in the buffet and the excellent pool. Thank you to the DWO Sirius Hotel for a wonderful stay. I was very satisfied and would recommend it to all travelers looking for a comfortable and hospitable place to relax.

Had an amazing experience,everything from check in to check out went smoothly and everyone were so friendly,the hotel is amazing,loved the pool area. Will definitely recommend the hotel and will definitely go back there.

I stayed for a weeks holiday with my daughter in this fabulous hotel. We really enjoyed our stay and would certainly come back. Extra complement to your bar staff members Jairo and Adrian who made us feel so welcome in the poolbar. They are very hard workers as too much work for 1 person at that bar serving drinks and making food but still so friendly and helpfull. They really made our holiday fantastic. Brunch was fantastic. Buffets could do with a bit more variety. All inclusive had minibar included which was great, but unfortunately did not get filled up again. These are just suggestions to make it even better.

Staff members are friendly and make you feel welcome and speak goos english. Place is clean and nice and location great. Pool area on 3rd floor is a great place to enjoy sun and drinks. Food is good, lot of options and varies every day!

Wonderful hotel, very close to the beach and to local supermarket so you can but daily supplies. We went full board so no drinks were included not even water!!! 😳. Had lunch on the 1st day and was asked if we wanted a bottle of water, I said yes and it was only when we were about to walk out that I got given a bill, we weren't even allowed to bring in our own water!!! Apart from that though everything else was good, drinks at bar (sangria) cheaper than at local bar (Kings), food is better at Kings even though food is fairly decent just a little repetitive. Wifi is brilliant was able to use insta, WhatsApp, YouTube etc with no issues and staff on the whole were very helpful. Would stay again, maybe not in March as area is very VERY quiet out of season.

The stay at the hotel in July 2019 was delightful! We highly recommend the hotel- everything was beyond expectation: the service, the food, the venue, the AC, the location. I will try to give more details now: 1. The food was just fabulous! We have been to many 4 stars in Greece and many 5 stars in Turkey renown for the quality of their food – but here everything was fresh, well presented and deliciously cooked. A lot of see food, fresh tuna, lobsters, shrimps, calamaris even my kids who are very capricious at eating loved the fried calamaris. Plus there was not rush and there was enough room for the guests of the hotel to sit without waiting. Every day a table was kept for our group of 7 persons so we don’t need to walk around with our trays. There was also every morning fresh juice for free. 2. The AC- for us it is important that the hotel is well climatized – in most hotels the AC is weak of is a central one so you cannot really control the flow of air – here the AC was just perfect. 3. The service – over friendly and nice! The maître d’ in the restaurant became a friend and was also very cool with the kids, giving them treats all the time. The bartender at the bar – a very nice and professional guy - did our coffee and cocktails exactly at our taste and then remembered to do it again every night. 4. The animation- there were mini disco nights every night, several games and a lot of show nights that were very nice to watch and again, without a huge crowd. 5. The hotel itself was very clean and renovated – corresponding to the number of stars allocated. The rooms were spacious enough, even though we were four, 2 adults plus two kids in the same family room. 6. The quietness – even though the hotel was situated in an animated area, it was very quiet and and family oriented…perfect for us. And the beach was so close and beautiful… 7. The conclusion- we are going back next year.

We are having a family vacation with young children. All the hotel staff are very attentive and nice. The food is delicious and varied. We will definitely come again.

Everything was perfect. I would definitely recommend it to anyone and I hope we will come back. The hotel was clean, staff was nice and the best was the food! It was realy dealicisious. I can compare it with other nearby hotels and it was best here. The pool was nice, not big, but there were not many people when we stayd there, so we realy enjoyed it. The hotel does not have playground, but small kids playground is nearby.
