Good vibe around it. Nice and kind staff and the interior is good through the glass roof.

It is amazing how much business this location does and how well the staff works. Appreciate the service. And has beautiful views to the Malibu mountains from the wide open windows. And fun to watch people and look at the never ending car show.

Absolutely the filthiest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Even the seating area that was closed, had dirty tables. Couple of the employees were sitting while we were there and never got up to help their colleague or clean up. Then they left work. I had to clear our table and sanitize it.

Why would they close at 9 due to staff being short? If they have 1 PERSKM THERE THAT IS PLENTY!! THAT IS JUST THEM WANTING HAVE AN EXCUSE TO. LOSE EARLY!!!!!!!!! IT IS AN INCONVENIENCE TO PEOPLE WHO DRIVE LONGER DISTANCES THINKING THEY CLOSE AT 10!! WASTE OF GAS AND TIME!

Very pretentious spot. All of the outlets for charging phones or devices are covered up. Pretty strange, the employees scoff at you when asking for a simple place to charge your phone while you enjoy their overpriced and burnt coffee. Do yourself a favour and hit a local coffee joint and don't give business to this corporation.

The barista who serviced me, Elizabeth, was breathe of fresh air. So friendly and what a memory because I went back later for another cup and she remembered my name and wasn’t even serving me. She’s awesome!

Jessie’s customer service was amazing! He made the best cappuccino and treated me so kindly.

Shauna is so cute thank you for helping with getting the exact drink I wanted 🫶🏻 They really should have a restroom though :(
