the food is " finger lickin good", there is no comparison for the menu available here with others, the restaurant at lnt Next Galleria is small and congested, the service time is high and delivery is very slow and has very little seating,,,, food takes ages to be served, it will be great if the service level matches the food quality and taste...but the food is awesome...

Pot pie hit the spot. Crust was flaky, inside was creamy. Would have liked more veggies. So glad no corn was in filling. Chicken was nice and shredded versus cut into squares. Was bland, if you like that? It was fine for me, as you can always add what you want if need be. Would get it again!

The outlet is little small, but their service is good enough. Food is fresh and hot, and obviously tasty enough. Do not visit during rush hours

Horrible restaurant experience.. went to store at 9:30pm, waited for 10min though there's no queue, while ordering said that only hot and crispy is available and no choice to order other chicken varieties and takes half an hour for the order to ready😤.. left the store without ordering as there's too much waiting time.. and the restaurant looks soo untidy, didn't clean the tables, drink glasses and used tissues on the floor, soo ewww.. restaurant looks the same every time I visit..

I found a vast difference in taste and quality when compared to other outlets, give it a try.

They are not selling cans even they have very bad. The most worst KFC outlet in the world. They wil take your order in 5 seconds and delivery after 50 mins minimum. Workers act like they are very busy in working but no one will do.

Bad experience.. ordered some chicken wings with Pepsi (takeaway) but they gave for dinein , waited for 15 mins asked them to parcel but they gave entire my order in simple packing , Pepsi in paper glass (how can we carry for 2+kms) , chicken wings n french fries are became cold. Finally they said we give Pepsi in paper glass and items are cold and dry.

Worst service we have put an order and delivery was from this restaurant no one delivered even after 2 hours and also no one answered the call from the store even after calling many times then again the number was switched off, customer care people were just saying we cannot do anything please check with store and store people does not respond atleast, money is gone and keep on waiting for the order got frustrated and nothing works worst worst worst service don't order delivery service is very very bad and not sure if we atleast we get a refund poor service being a big organisation no one is there atleast to check so bad worst service from store and customer care people

WORST EVER SERVICE AND TREATMENT BY THE STAFF. They need to be trained well on how to be polite and prove when they have bloody server issues. NOT EVEN AWARE OF THE ONLINE PAYMENTS AND NOT SURE IF THEY HAVE RECEIVED RECEIPT ESPECIALLY SANTOSHI AND VENNALA ARE PATHETIC AND THEY NEED TO BE TERMINATED IMMEDIATELY. Knowing that they have server issues they have asked to order it on kiosk and none were at counter to even address it after calling from inside that is when vennala comes and the ways she asks about the order and all was sarcastic.

Despite the obvious, in the title to this review, I am thrilled that KFC still offers the same quality ingredients and products for consummation that I remember so well, as a child. I remember, as a very small boy, being in the back seat of an American car with my sister and father at the wheel, my mother in the driver's side, and being simply famished from having driven all morning and well through the evening, without food. We hadn't eaten anything all day. When we reached our destination, Washington D.C., my father bought the family all a family-sized amount of delightful chicken and condiments from "Kentucky Fried Chicken". I'm not sure if I had ever heard of it before. This was in the early Seventies, and we had been traveling through Canada into the United States. I can tell you, as my family were not very wealthy at the time, this modestly priced food, the succulent taste, a very high par above other quick food eateries, is simply marvellous. I recall the horrid gustatory delight I experienced, devouring my meal in the backseat of our car, parked next to one of the city's many green park spaces, and I was in Heaven. Apparently, this first moment of satisfaction, and KFC, have not changed over the years. Thank you, KFC. Normally a vegetarian until the Crisis, Kentucky Fried Chicken still delivers. Delightful, affordable and nutritious food.

The soda tasted watered down and there was no fizz in it when asked about it they replaced the drink, the rice in the "biryani bucket" formerly known as rice-o-bowl was uncooked, it felt raw as it was crunchy AF. Check your order and don't hesitate to go back and complain.

The dead chicken burger tasted super dry with a drop of Mayo which they claim to be the perfect amount.

This kfc has a different kind of sitting compared to others. The food tasted great. The seeting arrangement is more like compact.

Waited for almost 15-20 mins for ordering but no one at counter to take order . After long waiting asked for ultimate saving bucket where they are providing mirinda instead of pepsi . Not even try to’ compensate instead of pepsi cans

Better to dine in than opt for delivery. It's fresher and the wait time is a lot less. But the best part is, whether you get it delivered or dine in, the quality is really good.

I have never seen any KFC this bad. The popcorn was cooked/fried in the afternoon for dinner. And everything is pathetic here.

No proper Service at all..There's an all rounder guy who is taking the orders & he is cleaning messy tables. There are like 3 or 4 other people working in the kitchen. After placing order we were informed that it will take 15 minutes,We waited sweating (No proper AC & seats). However, a Guy from kitchen came & informed it would take more 10 minutes..later after 40 minutes we received only 1 order (We understood the crowd & took self service) & we were told the next will be served at our table within 5 minutes by the same (All rounder) guy. After waiting for 10 minutes we went to ask what's wrong then he gave us the second order there. Very poor service..Suggesting to increase Staff, Space & "Air condition" My parents & little baby were sweating badly in there. HAND WASHING AREA WAS FLOODING! Disappointed!

I have ordered at 7:46 . My home is exactly 4.3km from the kfc which I ordered and they shown the estimate time of 8:32 the order will reach and it had crossed 8:45 i was keep calling restaurant and delivery boy and kfc support to i was trying until 9:45 and yet there was no response about order from kfc customer service, delivery boy , and restaurant too . After that one customer service lifted the call and gave me his number then I called him he answered and as soon as i ask where is the order he switched off his mobile . And at 10 i went to store after complaint he called me saying I bought your order im near your home . Clearly listen he called me as soon as i given complaint to the person in store and as soon as he called the delivery boy . Then the delivery boy called me . This is the worst service I've ever seen 🙏🙏 . Even 0 is not worth to you 👍

Worst experience. No water in the tap for hand wash. Pepsi not available, roll not available. The store is not clean.
