I used to recommend this place. But not any longer when i realize they do poor finishing. Unprofessional. Only good at ripping off customers! Edit : Yes, this accident was happened two years ago and had a minor accident in 2020 Feb. It is just scratches over rear bumper. This is not the first time i had issues, they ruined dashboard due to unprofessionalism. Had to visit couple of times to get this sorted. They replaced the front headlight which was partially broken. Yes i did not bother to visit them because i got it sorted out from Mag city though it was not their mistake and did it for free. If i keep the car, they will give some other lame excuses to delay the work. What they claim are baseless. There are many garages in Colombo better than here. They charge premium for nothing. Do not get caught!

The WORST EXPERIENCE I ever had on a garage. Does NOT RECOMMEND anyone to take their vehicle to this place again. I gave my vehicle for a rear buffer repair but I got my vehicle with not working lights which was working before. The vehicle was with them for nearly a week, so when I was going to release my vehicle I told them that I cannot pay for the lights as it was working before. However as the mistake lies on myself for not being able to show them the lights were working before and theirs for having the vehicle for nearly two weeks, I proposed the owners for a 50% settlement on the bill for the repair of lights. They didn't agree for that as well. So I decided to pay the full amount for the lights and take my vehicle as the owners were not gentle enough to understand me and at the same time my mother was at home alone and she is paralyzed and I needed to rush home quickly to take her to hospital that evening so I needed the vehicle. The two owners then twisted their word saying that they cannot release my vehicle for a cheque, which they accepted before and allowed me to take my vehicle the day before this incident happened and since the light issue came up i kept it on the garage to take the day after. They closed all theirs doors and trapped me and my son inside,I begged them saying that not to do this, as my mother is alone at home and she is paralyzed, they basically took my vehicle into custody and myself being a lady they pushed and harassed me and my son. They asked tried to chase my son out and keep me inside the garage, but my son didn't allowed that to happen as I am a lady alone. The two owners, Ramith and Rohan did this to us. I called the police at that moment. The police came and let me and my son go. Since police procedures take some time to process, where until such time my vehicle not being able to release and my mother being paralyzed at home, we gave them direct cash and got our vehicle released as we wanted it to take my mother to the hospital that evening. They don't let anyone come into their repair stations and let us inspect our vehicles, that was the main reason I suspected them that they must have swap my lights with. If they are honest on the work they do they should let the customers see what is being done to our vehicles. We pay them and get work done and it's our vehicle. They bill us for engine oil, brake oil etc. but we don't know whether they actually has done it. However the way two owners behaved was horrible. All what they wanted is money and the way they treat me being a lady was so pathetic. I have a video of me being trapped inside the garage closing all doors. The owners try to take that video away from me but i said not to touch me as I am a lady. My sincere advise to all people is NOT TO TAKE THEIR VEHICLE TO THIS PLACE as they will do anything to your vehicle asking you to sit inside their office and they will counter argue with you trying to show that their hands are clean.

Great place with professional Staff. Have been their Customer for almost 2 years. Service is excellent and personalized. I called them 2 weeks back to inquire about a wheel arch cover. The lady answered "Sorry Sir we do not have stock". She didn't even ask for the Vehicle Model. When i raised that she even told my vehicle number. Recognized me from my voice. Wow. I was shocked. This is customer service at it's best. All the best. Note : Prices are slightly higher, but it's worth it.

Highly recommend, was fortunate enough to take a few vehicles to them to inspect before purchasing and their inspections saved me millions plus the vehicle i finally selected was well maintained before i resold. Thank you

Very unfire with prices.... i did a scan for my panda... took 1800 rs and didn't even give a scan report.... and they asked for another 1500 for the report..... and also one took 2500rs just for cleaning the dust of rear lights

My first experience with Motor Link wasn't great at all. went there for a wheel alignment and one of the workers there almost filled the tyres with normal air instead of Nitrogen. didn't even have courtesy to ask what type of air to be used. Luckily I was around to stop him from inflating the tyres with wrong type of air.secondly the wheel alignment machine! There was something wrong with it and the staff was busy trying to fix it without even letting me know what is going around. they again got me to move the car back and forth to position it so that their machine reads the vehicle and still in vain. after more than one hour I asked them to remove the items they had fixed to the tyres so that I can leave that place for good.absolute disaster!!. either the staff needs to be trained to be professional or please fix the wheel alignment machine as I got to know that the wheel alignment machine has not been used for a while.

I have gone to many workshops in Srilanka ,and lately found Motorlink! very good rates considering the fact they diagnose and repair the car with minimalistic parts! Gives good knowledge about the repair if you get to know them! Personal and professional service

Motor Link offers professional services. Although I am based in Mannar I take the vehicle here for repair for their trustworthiness and reliability. A Toyota can was fully painted and mechanical errors addressed to my satisfaction. It's worth visiting and availing their services.

Very professional and quick response. My car tyre did bot turn after it was parked in the same place for 40 days due to covid , They sent two man team with a highly professional workshop on wheels . Removed tyres and repaired both brakes checked all oil levels and topped up battery water also. Well worth to keep them as my primary caretaker for my vehicle .

Super Service, clear and precise advice to keep my car in a great condition. They found all the defects at the service and walked me through pros and cons of each. Well worth a visit and every penny spent.
