Dangerous car park!!!!!!! Somebody broke into our car and steal everything... no video surveillance... talking to some people there and they said that happens often at this car park esp. to tourists

First time ever wrote preview but i had too… Aweful service. Rudness to extreme level. No courtecy on telling customer or post that self service machines doesnt work after spending 20 minutes to place order and workers standing behing counter and not saying a word!! So disappointed on having american franchise with zero customer service. Im surprised how come you cannot use credit card at all.. only cash or swish accepted. KFC should pull out from sweden completely. These people dont care if franchise works or not. Urghh!!!

Easy to order. Great service. Nothing bad except lack of toilet paper.

Got a drive through 12 piece bucket, served very fast, chicken was dry and the coating on some pieces inedible it was so hard…seemed like it refried or sat for long time in hot cabinet. Great inconsistencies with quality of food here.

Amazing service and did not expect the food to taste so fresh. We’ll come back next time we’re in Malmo.

The Chicken is very nice. The staff were nice. It's above average. My only complaint is that the food is not very healthy. Obviously it's a fast food restaurant.

As the second choice in this area, I was happy to get an ice-cream even the cone had a small KFC wrapping so cute. Apparently this place main service is not ice-cream but instead some cornflakes wrapped fried chickens in different shapes and sizes, burgers, buckets and even non-chicken cornflakes wrapped fried chickens IDK I just read the menu. And it is modern so you que to a touch screen then get a number and que again watching a slow version of Bingo waiting for your number go from one TV to another one. And hopefully your number or part of it will be spoken out by the staff and then the life in the que is finished and it is time to enter the life of chewing. I thought it was strange that the menu didn't have any dip included but other than that it was a good adventure...

Pretty good KFC, identical to the food served in UK. Did feel that the actual chicken portions were from dwarf chickens but they tasted OK. Not overly enthusiastic staff, could have just been a bad day.

Fast service but make sure you check your bag before you leave as more than once they have forgotten components of my meal.
