Best selection in Malmö for vegan and vegetarian options. Better prices than most other grocery stores. Often very good discounts on new vegan products. Several others point out that the store can be a bit rundown, that self-scanning is often closed, and that the queues can sometimes be long. That is not incorrect. But for me, the excellent selection and good prices easily make up for that.

Awesome opening hours. But is constantly smelly. It's some problem around the entrance..? I've been there five times it smells bad... Good for finding vegan stuff. Not the most expensive but not the cheapest. Staff is nice.

This ICA could be the best one in town but it seems like the staff don’t want to improve on the most obvious things: 1. Firstly, the entrance is very unpleasant, it smells very bad due to poorly managed recycling station. Its the first point of contact and it gives such bad impression of hygiene overall. The carts are also quite dirty and sticky. 2. The berries and fruits are almost never good quality. There are so many flies on them and the berries fridge is constantly moldy. I dont dare to buy them there. Got disappointed too many times, id suggest visiting another ICA nearby instead. On the good side: 1. Tons of vegan / lactose free / gluten free / organic groceries. Everyone can find something that fits them 2. Long opening hours and location makes shopping convenient.

A huge range of vegan and organic food. Furthermore they usually have really nice offers for food that is about to expire. Definitely the best ICA in Malmö

ICA is good lot of variety. Bit more costlier than Lidl. But liked it

How many ICA employees does it take to process a package delivery? Apparently more than they have employed. I wondered why there was a mass of people waiting for packages at a time that wasn't even peak, then I saw the employees in action. Slow, incompetent and oblivious to everything. On the phone all the time, asking for help all the time. Oh, and there's a sign at the door saying if you're sick not to come inside, meanwhile one of the employees at the postal station was coughing every other minute. Class ICA. Real classy. I'd say this store is a joke, but jokes are funny and this experience was just sad all over.

It's a quite chaotic store, the self checkouts are usually broken, some of the other customers are often a negative factor, but it's my closest store, and the staff are usually helpful

Trashy. Stinky. Not fresh. Wouldn't survive a health inspection in any other country.

This ICA store in Sweden is one of the worst I have ever visited. The place is extremely dirty, and the staff is unfriendly, while the customers are rude.
