For fine dining, a taste experience, this isnt it. What it is however is a nice and relaxed place for family, friends or whoever likes meat dishes. The food is really nothing special, not bad, but nothing special. Its a meal, you wont regret it if you aren't looking for aforementioned fine dining. The decor is okay, the giant cow statues are something else. What stood out to me and the basis for my high rating was however the service. The staff were above and beyond service minded and helpful. When I was handed my plate (it wasnt placed on the table) I accidentally knocked ower my glass. In 3 min we had a new table, and a new drink. No fuss, no extra charge, only smiles and perfect service. Would recommend if only for excellent service. Thank you for making me feel welcome even if I created more work for the staff!

It was great service and good atmosphere, but the food was not exceptional. It was okay food but a little pricey for the taste. Maybe it would be another story with a different dish, I don't know yet. But overall a good time there.

Staff are friendly. Food comes always late. The quality is good, but you pay a lot for what you get. For example fläskfille comes with fries, but you have to pay for the dip. The dish is s empty and dry and looks very boring. It is kind of fast food but more expensive. I prefer other restaurants in Ummamy area in Emporia.

Jensens is a nice place but I think it is overpriced. The meat is good but you get very small sides to it. The "all you can eat ribs" is great value but it didn't seem like good quality meat. Unfortunately because of the small side portions (like potatoes etc) and high prices it is only 3 stars. The staff was very friendly though👍

Spoke english as we came but still got swedish menus and hade to ask for english ones. Ordered a very well done burger but got it medium anyway, took so long for them to fix it that everyone else hade finished eating. Ordered water for the kids that never came. Took forever to get the food. Once it came it tasted good.

Loved this place, very reasonable prices, super friendly staff and food tasted great, salad bar is nice addition, highly recommended. Was a little crowded on Saturday, but this is normal I think.

Laid-back, good food, unpretentious. It's not a 5 star restaurant but does what it does very well. Nice place to have a steak and a glass of wine, and they have something for the kids as well. The waitresses were very pleasant, good service.

The food is not good at all, the staff have any experience 😣. I don't recommend this restaurant. You can find much better in the same shopping mall .

Good but not excellent Burgers. Unfortunately a bit pricey and closes at 21:00 on week days. Staff was really friendly.

Was not bad .. it was ok. I asked for a medium well & i got a well done. Loved that they have a salad bar … fries was nice 👍🏼

Being a meat focused place you would think they could get your steaks according to order. Ordered medium-rare and got it well done. Also, their "own bearnaise" is just bad. Nice servers, poor food.

Lovely staff that was very accomodating, spoke great English and was friendly. Good food. Our waitress Saga was fantastic and very kind. Kid got free ice cream too for his birthday :)

The experience wasn’t bad at all. We were greeted by the friendly staffs. We ordered the three course meal. The shrimp cocktails was decent but it’s not very appealing. Steak was good and I really love the bernaise sauce. However, the dessert was disappointing. We didn’t expect a waffle with ice cream on top in a three course meal. It was a nice visit though.

Jensens Bøfhus at Emporia delivered to our expectations. Food was tasty and good value. Staff could be more attentive in scanning the big restaurant for guests with needs/queries.

Excellent food and great service. Bit expensive but with the money. I loved the salmon dish with mashed potato. The patty in vegetarian burger was also good. Loved their dessert options as well. We had lava cake with ice cream and banana split. Both were great.

The service was very friendly and professional. However, the steak was purple inside, even though I ordered medium rare. The waiter took the steak back and the chefs resealed the cut on the grill, upon cutting it open again it was the same result, the image shows the steak after it came back. My girlfriend, on the other hand, who was having pork for half the price of my portion received a very tasty juicy and well cooked meal. For a steakhouse they don't really know what they are doing with their beef.

The danish experience in Sweden! It starts with the beer size, where medium equals 0.6 litres. Our waitress (Charlotte? her name badge was difficult to read) was pure gold. Kind, friendly and patient. She definitely deserves a raise, if all waitresses would be like her the world would be a different place! The food was great, real food value for money. My partners steak was well done despite ordered medium but the quality was so good that well done was also extremely acceptable. My Gastroburger was very yummy, the beef juicy and the thick fries on the sweet spot crunchy outside and creamy inside. All in all an experience I didn’t expect in the system gastronomy, good quality food and a friendly service to the point.

Took a chance trying to get some American food. It was good and the couple that we went with enjoyed it just as much. Kinda like an American steak house but offers other things like chicken, salad and burger. Nice location and staff was friendly. A nice place to dine if you don't want to get dressed up. Affordable and good.

It was an alright restaurant, the food was definitely tasty, each one of them. One star less since less vegetarian options. Understand its too much to ask for a steakhouse but still.

Really tasty well done steak. Sauces are perfect. Try the nacho appetiser.

Gone downhill from "pretty bad" to "absolutely lousy". A simple order of lunch chicken took over half an hour; the staff were inattentive and the main server was borderline rude; and they forgot to bring us part of the meal. Taken together with the general price level, I don't foresee us coming back - it's better to get the fast food across the square even.
