Nice location. After an hour or two looking for a nice book in the library, it's cozy to just stay at this place and have a cup of coffee while reading. They're raspberry cheesecake is so delicious!

Very disappointed in the customer service... First time I came a tried to order a dessert and coffee, and asked if I could also eat my own food that I brought. I was denied, which is okay, but the cashier was a bit unprofessional in how they responded... Next time I come and want to eat lunch. The same cashier tells me that coffee and tea is included in the lunch menu and gestured that I should jus serve myself. Then I proceed to make my own tea with the tea jars on display, which one of the chefs corrected me for and said I was supposed to ask THEM to do it for me since the tea water was behind the counter... Well how was I supposed to know? These colleagues were giving me opposing information basically. So yeah... perhaps my expectations are high but this hasn't been a good experience so far.
