Arrived near midnight, no customers in the restaurant. But every table had rubbish, on top and underneath. Bins overflowing, rats walking on the pavement outside. My food was instantly ready, not sure how long it had been sat. Fries were barely warm. After 6 hours of travelling I was in no mood to have the discussion in the restaurant about the poor quality.

Probably the worst McDonald's in Malmö. Through several visits here, there has always been at least one or several more issues. Rude staff, cold food, wrong orders, a mess. I recommend eating somewhere else. If you can't and are ordering takeout, please do check your order before leaving the establishment.

Omg.. the staff was awful. Refused to help anyone who preferred to pay and order in register and wanted us to use the machines. So, me and the person before me went to burger King instead.

This place has the absolute worst smell and I do not recommend going in there unless it’s the only place open. There was literally a diaper on the top floor. Really needs to be more clean and hygienic.

Always so dirty that it’s hard to find a place to sit without a risk to get stains on your clothes. 9/10 times mess my order. For some reason use small hamburger buns in all burgers??? Complained to the main office, nothing has changed. Shame to their manager.

Worst experience ever. Staff was also rude and not supporting its customers. Better to avoid this hellish place. Every table was filled with already finished plates.

Hmm McDonalds... Great place to take your kids so they shut up! And a great place to avoid if you don't have kids. The new ordering system with machines probably help you get your order correct instead of some poor staff who need to try to understand what the h*ll do you want to eat with a limited description in your half drunk state. But the wait omg you could go eat somewhere else while you wait, it must be an art form to make these meals because I have ordered a pizza, finish the pizza and started the regret process long before I see my number one the screen I want. Just to make it clear I didn't eat here it takes ages and time with my wife is more valuable to me than standing looking at the world's most boring bingo screen. But the neighbour made a nice salad real fast to you can see the picture.

Yummy and nice place but the atmosphere was not so good.

It’s McDonald’s, so you know how the food tastes. My critique goes more towards the cleanliness of the premises. The floors and tables are often dirty and the whole place smells very bad. That does not affect the quality or taste of the food but it does not allow for a good experience if one decides to dine in.

Very slow service as for fast food. Also, they don't show correctly readiness of orders on the screen. Our order was ready but it wasn't on the screen at all. Do not recommend if you want to have a bite fast. Better to find some kebab

This is by far the worst Mc Donalds ive ever been to. All the food i cold, fries had no salt. The sodas we brought had no carbonation at all, when i conplained about it, i got handed two new sodas with no carbonation. Would deffenitly not recomend it.

We brought 2 Happy meal and did not get any Toy in it... Will never go again...

What a chaos. Upper floor had absolutely no service, had to clean the table myself and bins were completely full. And they always, always, get something wrong with the order.

Experience was as anticipated - wanted a quick sundae and McDonald's delivered. Note that if you enter from the mall, you'll have to walk quite far into the store and down a set of stairs to reach the orfer kiosks and the kitchen. This location is huge - get to street level outside and order from there.

A little more dirty and some guy who asked for money. The number of food order wasn't displayed and I must to guess which order is mine.

Not a good place to eat. McD franchise officer should have a walk through the premises.

Seriously, learn to use the monitors guys. This queue is a mess. Also if you can't cope with the orders, please turn off self-service desks upstairs. Couldn't see this crowd when placed an order.

This is not the first time I am unhappy with this place! For the first time when I visited there were very noisy children, the workers did nothing about it. Dirty. Today we ordered the breakfast menu + regular menu. When placing the order, they said that they would not be able to make breakfast because they had an error in their computer and asked to order something else. We ordered a Happy Meal and were told that they would serve the same thing as the previous one, but a different burger. As a result, we were not given a gift for the Happy Meal, a straw for the drink (they usually give it out) and they gave us another tea! The potatoes were not salty and cold.

Fries were unsalted! Had to eat the *healthy* fries after drinking. Filet-o-fish was tasty. Tables are often not clean. Working slow at night. It's okay as it is an emergency food spot for me.

The food was honestly amazing, I don't think there is anything else to say except for the long wait in line

Not overly clean, orders were correct but the status window with the numbers was broken, hard to understand when my food was ready.

One of the worst management i have ever scene they don't care about anything and don't have a good behaviour worst place in the whole Malmö

I like that MCDONALD'S has gluten free options, but not very comfortable that you can't find it in self-service machin, you must order it at the restaurant's check out, if I ain't ask I wouldn't know that there's available this option

swedish McDonald's with the McVegan is hands down the best McDonald's I have ever been to! I hope it stays on the menu, it was incredibly delicious.

It's McDonald's, food is just cheap, but it's not going to be the best meal you'll eat.

Made it a 3 stars instead of 2. It looked a lot cleaner now but maybe because of the time we visit during lunch hour McDonald's is McDonald's. I really like there McFlurrys :)

Ok taste quick food for family day out , and the only person I enjoyed the service is young gentleman lad that had great smile made my interaction better .

Every time i come here i remind myself not to eat from mcdonalds again. The food is subpar even by mc standards, service is painfully slow and there is usually a huge mess in the dining room. This particular restaurant turned me from fan to ocassional eater to avoider of mcdonalds. Stay away :) plenty of excellent burger places in walking distance

How could this one obtain a licence? Really nothing went well there, but from the beginning: no paper from the ordering machine, numbers are shouted mostly in Swedish only, cold hamburgers, part of the order was missing and overall very messy place. The only advantage maybe is unlimited ketchup. Visited on Saturday. Never more.
