Von stationärer Aufnahme war bis dato keinerlei Rede, aber sowie ich den Laden betreten hatte, wurde ich sofort und für mehrere Tage gegen meinen ausdrücklichen Willen meiner Freiheit beraubt und mit Medikamenten sediert, bis mir schließlich die Flucht gelang. Es war mit Abstand die traumatischste Erfahrung in meinem Leben! Anschließend musste ich eine ganze Zeit untertauchen, weil ich von der Polizei gesucht wurde, die mich dort hin zurückbringen wollte. Eine Eigen- oder Fremdgefährdung, wie mir das Personal dort stets unterstellte, ist nicht meiner Ansicht und der Ansicht der Personen in meinem Umfeld nach nicht gegeben. Ich komme bis heute sehr gut alleine zurecht und bin niemals irgendwie in diese Richtung auffällig gewesen. Ich würde jedem davon abraten, freiwillig auch nur einen Fuß dort in die Türe zu setzen. Allerdings war ich damals in einer Krise und vielleicht etwas zu ängstlich... Station 42 habe ich nun schon das 3. Mal zum Intervall besucht. Es handelt sich hier um eine psychosomatische Station, auf der auch verschiedene Aufgaben für die Gemeinschaft übernommen werden müssen (z.B. Küche putzen). Für mich persönlich ein guter Weg, wieder in einen normalen Alltag zu finden. Das Pflegeteam ist einfach klasse und unterstützt einem in allerlei Hinsicht. Und auch das Team aus jungen Psychologen bringt einem immer zum Nachdenken und Strukturieren. Der Oberarzt "provoziert" gerne im Gespräch um so wichtige Details der Behandlungserfolge vom Patienten zu erfahren. Das ist nicht jedermanns Sache und manchmal etwas nervenaufreibend, aber mittlerweile kann ich den Sinn dahinter verstehen... Ich bin auf jeden Fall froh, hier einen Ort gefunden zu haben, an dem ich jederzeit wieder hin kann, wenn es im Leben mal wieder Hürden gibt, die ich nicht aus eigener Kraft überspringen kann... Vorsicht!! Da ich einen Nervenzusammenbruch hatte, bin ich in die Klinik gegangen! Mat hat mir direkt Medikamente gegeben um mich ruhig zu stellen! Ich wollte meine Frau anrufen um mich nach unseren Hunden zu informieren! Der Anruf wurde mir verwehrt!! Ich habe mich hier als Non-Binary geoutet. Insgesamt fehlt denke ich nicht nur hier Wissen über das Thema und das muss sich definitiv ändern, weil andere Menschen mehr Unterstützung damit brauchen als ich, intensivere Bestätigung von außen, einen sichereren Umgang mit ihrer Geschlechtsidentität oder ihrem "questioning", weniger Fehler aus Unwissenheit oder Gewohnheit. Wenn jemand emotional auf politische Korrektheit angewiesen ist, könnte es hier schwierig werden. Trotzdem hat man sich wirklich Mühe gegeben, mich trotz fehlenden Wissens zu unterstützen und ich habe mich im Großen und Ganzen angenommen gefühlt. Dadurch, dass die Pflegerin mir ihre Unsicherheit gestanden hat, aber trotzdem entschlossen wirkte, mich zu unterstützen so gut sie kann, habe ich mich auch ernstgenommen gefühlt. Das alles war vor etwa zwei Jahren, also haben die Mitarbeitenden inzwischen vielleicht auch ein besseres Verständnis von Transgeschlechtlichkeit.

Sofern man den Behandlern krankheitseinsichtig ist, erweisen sich diese als sehr kooperativ und verständnisvoll. Es ist eine Sache des persönlichen Umgangs. Empathisch noch dazu. Ich bin zum ersten Mal und nach unzähligen Fachärzten über Tage bzw länger anhaltend fast schmerzfrei. Gerade diese Therapien die nicht direkt psychotherapeutische sind, sind sooo unglaublich wichtig um ganzheitlich gesund zu werden und sollten mehr in den Fokus genommen werden. Die Reform, solche Therapien aus dem psychiatrischen Setting zu exkludieren, halte ich für schädlich für die Betroffenen. Pflege auf Station 42 ist auch gut, bis auf einen Herrn, Ärzte zeigen mir zu wenig Empathie, meine Psychologin (wohl sehr neu und dadurch noch geistig nicht so pzn-system-zerstört ist ebenfalls in meinen Augen hochkompetent, feinfühlig, transparent und professionell. Es fallen zu viele Therapien aus, jedoch kann man sich genug Ersatz verschaffen und die Zeit mit reflektieren verbringen. Das Therapiebad ist super und es gibt eine gute Mischung aus Sport, Ergo, Arbeitstherapie, Physio und Gesprächen sowie Möglichkeiten sich zu beschäftigen. Essen ist qualitativ sehr gut nur viel zu wenig und es wird viel zu oft nicht vollständig oder richtig wie bestellt geliefert. Ob die Station bei meinen Problemen (sehr viele verschiedene Baustellen wie Trauer, Anpassungsstörung, fehlende Inpuls/Emotionskontrolle sowie ADS und chronischer Stress) das richtige ist, wage ich immernoch zu bezweifeln, da ich viel mehr engmaschige 'Anleitung' benötige um es irgendwie später integrieren und selbst anwenden zu können, es ist meine erste Therapie und ernsthafte Auseinandersetzung mit meinen Problemen, daher fühle ich mich wie ein Kind dass gerade erst laufen lernt und bin nach 3 Wochen immernoch in der Ankommensphase ohne richtig starten zu können.
