One word for this shop....Perfect. The quintessentially English country store and saddlery. I have purchased before from Parnaby's, but only by phone, so to take a trip there was great. Selling all the well known brands, and a few less known, there is something for everyone. If first impressions count, then the window displays only give you a small taster of what lies beyond the door step. Dogs are welcome, and are made welcome. For my two, it was like having personal shoppers too. They were as important to the staff as we were. Now to the staff; You are Not "Just another customer". You are made to feel special from the start. You are not pestered, which makes a refreshing change, but the girls are on hand for any help that you require. I didn't spend a fortune, but that didn't matter. Nothing is too much trouble. All of the girls were friendly, polite and very knowledgable. Parnaby's can certainly embrace the saying "arrive as strangers; leave as friends" Can not wait to return, as it was well worth the almost 2hour journey. Thank-you all very, very much.

A beautiful shop filled with gorgeous items, both fashion and equestrian. What really makes it special is the experience provided by the lovely ladies, second to none in terms of service. Warm, approachable and knowledgable. Thank you Parnabys!

Been in today with the intentions of just having a look around but ended up leaving with a bag full of items. The staff are wonderful, helpful and very kind even after having to run back and forth to get different sizes and stock 😂.
