Good service and shopping experience. It’s accessible and based along the route to Qwa Qwa taxi rank. Store is well managed and stocked for all your requirements. Staff are very friendly and work quickly to ensure convenience for customers. It’s seldom you find long and unattended lines. It’s located inside Mandela Park shopping center and next to the bank, dry cleaner etc for one stop shopping experience.

I went to Capitec Bank over at this shopping center. It was professional and only one person allowed at a time. I asked why is that, was told one client chair per consultant. So go alone if able to. I don't know about visibly impaired and the likes, they didn't seem catered for. No accompaniments. Other than that, it was a pleasant, fast service.

Was with my family, we were being helped by a friendly staff, Thembi. She was so considerate in our situation.

It's lovely shopping center with lot of stores, it was nice shopping here I really would recommend it💯✨.

This is my favorite in town. The store closes at 8p.m and you will find most products

Shopping at shoprite is breathtaking as the products are fresh and their quality is very good also service offered is the best.

Very peaceful, friendly people and very convenient exit after shopping.

I just wish they sell fresh food from their take away side. Most of the food is already spoiled, it's as if they warm yesterday's food then resell it the next day.

The parking area is hectic bit otherwise nice place to shop.

Clean... food stores clean... it's not such a bad area... lots of parking areas

A funny looking man told me he had a gift for me. His gift was a .50 AE pistol round to the stomach. Thinking of it I should not have gave him a banana cus his head looked like he had a pineapple stuck in there and his neck looked awefully long.

It's better our life,easy to get to,but power it's a big problem

Shoprite Mandela Park it's clean and a place to shop @as they is plenty of parking n safe as well and u can d ur errands at ease at the shopping 🛍 complex.

This is Free State on a Sunday afternoon, it is as busy as in Gauteng - Horizon. When you are there you don't feel that you are in a different Province.

Cashiers are committed to providing service to customers and so much helpful to struggling customers.

ShopRite perfect, there is electricity back up, but bank ATMs crisis during power outages 🙏

Shoprite-Mandela Park is fun to shop at despite long lines on during month end and first week of the month.

Tellers don't allow us to pay on kiosk while we only buy 1item so now u must stand a long queue aekhona shoprite

It was good because now is your staff's are not treating customers as they like, they are good in business now because I love business not politics in business well done to the staff.

Mostly it's overcrowded during month end and after 20th

Wonderful experience, however the long queue are constant hindrance especialy during month ends. Other than that the staff the cashiers and all are wonderful.

I love this ShopRite. Always a great shopping experience when I come and they sell the Homegrown Cakes brand. So very happy about that.

The trolleys are on another level(👎).. Just hope the keep the meat fridges clean because its always smelly..

It is reliable. One can go there after work, it opens early in the morning and close late. The service is fast
