Wasn't to bad it is just there are more staff in the alleys that clients they just don't care if you are the customer .

Service is very good and late shoppers are catered because closing time is 20h00.

How come on the first day of a special, you are "out of stock"? There is no empty space on the shelve where the stock is advertised, which means there was no stock in the first place. Not the first time this has happened. Why advertise specials if you have no stock availble

The shop is untidy and theirs a lot of mess. Merchandise not properly done.Staff minding their own business instead of helping customers.

I was passing by. staff is friendly. covid protocols observed. parking is small. roads are littered with potholes. otherwise I like the small town.

Bought fresh food it is one of the best plàce

Pick n pay was clean and well parked place inside the shop but it was not busy because it was Sunday when I was passing there

The shop is very busy and full to capacity, long cues but the tellers where equal to the task, well done.

The center is convenient and the staff in every store is so friendly and you feel the love they have for their jobs. Backup power was there during loadshedding and managed to get all the things I need for the day.

If you like seeing people urinating on cars in the parking lot, this is the place for you!

Good shopping experience but trolley policies should change you can't say I'm not allowed to go out with the shops trolley while just spent money on your store. Hire trolley guards like most shops

Thanks to the management team. Isaac in particular. He was very helpful in my attempt to retrieve a misplaced till slip. I recommend Pick n Pay Harrismith over all the retailers in town. The service I received from the store was exceptional. The tellers were friendly and supportive.

Went there to do Christmas groceries we picked up everything we wanted into our basket/trolley, inside our trolley were two 3 litres Serema Maas, got to the till to pay, our Serema Maas was scanned x2 but only one was packed into our shopping bags. I'm really dissatisfied and disappointed of the level of service, this means that our money went down the drain just like that. In addition I also picked up a Stoney Soft Drink but it was never scanned. I honestly feel like the cashiers need a high level of customer service and being able to adapt during peak times.

A LOT of expired items on the shelves. Some meat was badly discoloured and smelly. I ended up buying bread that was three days past expiry, and opened it up to a funny smell (I should have checked the expiry when buying it). The shop was very crowded too. This shop is the worst I've visited to date.

I just love this place because it opens very early in the morning and also closes later in the evening, offering much needed convenience for early morning customers as well as those who knock off late from work

The staff were very annoying. Unwillingness to assist and had no concern regarding the customers. I will not suggest this Store to my Friends and Family

When you enter the managers desk is at the entrance on the right. WoW, I must say, it's been years since I've seen service of this quality. He must have noticed that I am having a problem with the TYMEBANK ATM machine, and immediately enquired about this to me, by asking me how can he assist me? PROBLEM SOLVED AND CLARIFIED IN UNDER 30 SECONDS....!!!! Wow Pick and Pay, now that manager needs a pat on his shoulder!!!! Well done

My experience is that we are having money , we are living life and I enjoy buying at Pick n Pay
