I have been seeing Sava for a few years now, and she is fabulous! I have a skin condition that doesn't make me feel the most confident but she is so kind and understanding. I got my 4mth baby’s ears pierced.. The lady was very kind and friendly with my baby.. the price is fare, including the earrings, a teddy bear and 2 Sterilear Piercing Sprays I am satisfied about my experience with them ^^

I went into the NT shop today to get waxed for my holiday tomorrow. I had booked to get my legs, bikini line and arms waxed. Whilst the staff were lovely and made me feel comfortable, their execution was not at all what you would expect for $133.90. I have a huge bruise on the right side of my bikini line which spans the length and width of my middle finger, and there are major areas which were missed (including the back half of my bikini line on both sides, my elbows and area surrounding my knees). What’s worse is I am travelling at 6am and won’t be able to go back in to at least do touch ups on the areas that were missed. And because I come back in a week’s time, the store 3 day policy will not apply. Really disappointed.

Had a tragic piercing changed, about a mouth ago. The bar was to short, l was in a lot of pain. I told the staff member l thought the bar was to short, she ignored me. She would see l was in pain and didn't care. She called a other staff member to help her, she nice and said to her l was in pain and she also ignored her 😡. The other day the earing popped out, well that was a waste of $50 dollars. ☹️

Exceptional service by Stacey and Savva. I got my two year old daughters’ ears pierced and they made her feel very comfortable and happy! Minimal discomfort and a cute teddy and certificate to make her feel special!

My experience with essential beauty has been fantastic. Stacey looked after me both times and really made my life easier by fitting me in last minute. I've had several piercings and it's been such a pleasure dealing with her. There is also another lovely lady that works there that took the time to look after me on my last visit. went to have my rook done by Alexandra, she was amazing! very calm, fast and smooth process. provided options on better placement and shown me the different types of earrings. I thought my belly pierce already closed and wanted to get it repierced but she told me it is still open and was able to put the belly jewelry in again saving me the price to get my belly piercing done. Had an amazing experience. Definitely recommend!

Tina is an absolute star. I walked in to get a piercing and she was so attentive and such a professional. My helix piercing healed quicker and cleaner than any other piercing I’ve had. Would highly recommend, she is a star.

Tina and Mel did an excellent job of my piercings, having three seperate ones done I was nervous but hearing them discuss how to do it and what would both be most successful and hurt me the least really made me feel safe and excited to get my piercings done. I really appreciate all they did for me and I had a lovely experience. Would definitely recommend!

Went in to Northland after going to another location the day before. At another salon i had my ear piercing jewellery changed only to wake up to it not being on my ear. Googled and Northland was the only local store open on a sunday. Went in met with friendly staff who gave me news that it was infected. Was given 2 options and put in a ring and let it heal. The staff were lovely and very caring given the issue occurred at another salon. From now on this will be my go to salon.

I’ve been coming here for many years. The service is always exceptional. My favourite person is Sava. She always does my waxing. She’s brilliant at what she does. I won’t let anyone else near my eyebrows 😁 She’s also lovely, kind and compassionate human being. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
