    Extremely rude, ignorant and racist The worst customer service possible. Went to return a phone I bought a week before because of it was faulty. I was told that I couldn’t return it because I would’ve signed a paper work at the time of purchase saying that I wouldn’t be able to return it. The only problem was that I hadn’t signed anything, and I was never even told about this the paper before I bought the phone. When I asked her to produce the paper That I had allegedly signed she couldn’t and I asked for the manger and when manger came over and I asked Him to produce the paper that I allegedly signed and he couldn’t either. At this point because they had sold me a faulty and couldn’t produce evidence of the paper work, they got angry and threatened to kick me out of the store because I had caught them in a lie. They Did not inform me of my consumer right under the law and did not accept a refund for a faulty phone, which is illegal under The Australian Consumer Laws. I have filled a report with the ACCC and I will never make the mistake of ever shopping at this JB HI FI again. Extremely rude staff and ignorant manger

    Worst sales every. They made me wait for 20 min even after me telling which one product I want. Rude sales people, they are just interested in the commission. The sales guy came after 20 min when he heard some other sales guy will get his commission. He kept the product on the ground and just walked out. They need to learn how to treat people. ZERO STARTS.

    Awesome customer service. Team members are often on the look out to help you find a faster way to pay so you could avoid long queues at the cashier. Some (like Gene) will also help you find what you are looking for. If there's zero stock on the shelves he will search the back of the store. If item cannot be found again, he will offer to order it from other another JB Hi-Fi branch that would have your item available, and then you can arrange for a click & collect or delivery service.

    Went in to buy a laptop on black Friday... in the absolute madness of the store Matthew.C took care of us and ensured all our questions n concerns was answers and was extremely patient and helpful throughout. Really made our shopping experience worthwhile. 5 star review is purely for his service.

    Lovely staff members. They really take their time with each person to give them quality service, but also a lot of unnecessary chatting that creates a long wait to be served. Then never waited so long in line, only to realise they charged me the wrong price, so had to wait again. But was nice to see that had everything stock that we needed

    Went there to pick up fingerprint bike locks and ended up buying another escooter due to the awesome price given (was the first time going here & $1404 off normal prices on this escooter was enough to buy a few more lol)

    Received really good service today from Mon. She went above and beyond to find an item that wasn't available with them from another store and spent a good amount of time liaising with then to arrange delivery. She is an absolute asset. Well done Mon and thank for your help today.

    I dealt with Blake …. He was very helpful and gave ample time to explain and offer wide range of options for my purchase.. Also seen Very cheerful staff at the counter too … even it was busy when I went there on Black Friday .. the staff were very helpful..

    Every single time I go here, I can never get staffs help, despite there being so many of them. Who ever is paying the wages, is paying too much. So many staff members on at once and doing nothing. Stock availability and quality is good. Click and collect fast and efficient. Just don't go here if you think you'll need assistance

    Staff working there don’t have much knowledge where the products are in the store or in stock, waited for 15-20 mins for store person near electronics and reached to counter for help, they should train the staff more to help the customers, we know at times there can be more customers and there will be wait time, acceptable but my experience was not that great at this store. Staff at counters were more helpful and informative.
