    Waited in carpark to pick up a purchase using the 'I'm here' 'pick up' app for 10min. Seeing that I was on a phone call the time didn't concern me so much but the fact that the app doesn't work as it should is an issue. When I went into the warehouse I received great service bit the app warehouse needs attention.

    Visited Harvey Norman Dandenong sth 27/07/22 to buy a new laptop. Was greeted by Himmett and was treated in the most professional manner .From the time he approached me to the time i took my new product home i could not have asked for a better service. He set my new laptop up and transferred all my data so all i had to do was to take it home and plug it in and carried on where i left off with my old on. Truly a great professional and truly a superb service. Thank you Harvey Norman

    My mum wanted to purchase a portable vacuum cleaner. We visited “There Good Guys” then “JB-HIFI”, but we were not impressed until we spoke to Lina from Harvey Norman. She didn’t only give us a great deal, but she was very knowledgeable on her products. I highly recommend having a chat to her as she was accommodating and patient with us both.

    Very bad experience with product care and Harvey Norman as a whole. Sent in a product for a replacement but they repaired instead and that too after completely de humanising someone with being incredibly rude and unhelpful. after constant calls for 2 whole months i was never met with a reasonable person or a reasonable explanation in regards to the progress of my vacuum. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy they’re rude and highly unprofessional don’t know how to speak to a customer. Every time I was told I would receive a call back with an update they would disappear for weeks. During this time I had to buy a temporary vacuum, which defeats the purpose of buy the extra product care. This is a 0 star review from me.

    Let’s ignore how problematic G Harvey is for a moment and focus solely on my experience in store. The sales associates on the floor and at the counter were fantastic - biggest stand out was how naturally pleasant they were, and didn’t treat my purchase as a burden. Genuinely makes a difference to your experience and how you feel afterwards.

    Very disappointing with different departments not liaising together. I had to pay 2 to 3 separate delivery fee for different items where all could have been delivered at once. And when I called why all not delivered at once, the delivery people keep directing me to different franchisees. Suggest them to have one delivery team for all franchisees for the sake of their customers

    Price beat policy: A bluff I went to buy a phone. Price shown on display was different than website. Salesperson attempted to take a tag off as price was contradictive to online. I requested to beat/match it by giving them a evidence. Salesperson refused rudely saying it's only a dollar different to Officeworks. I left and attempted to make the manager aware of their price beating guarantee. I was told by the Britney at the counter it's owned by two different owners. The owner who deals with electronics is not present . I asked if there is any manager available but Britney said , none available.

    Live In Mornington but the store there is not good, staff ignore you. Came to this one just to have a look intending to purchase online to be honest. Arosha helped us with exactly what I asked for without trying to sell me the most expensive or something that was nothing like what I described. He really knew his brands and capacity (fridge) and explained everything so we understood. It was actually all done quite quickly and I was so impressed with his knowledge and willingness to actually find out what I wanted to know. As I’ve just purchased a new house I will need to completely replace all my old stuff. I will definitely purchase it all from here from now on. Also Brittany (I think) who put our sale through did a stellar job as well. Really pleased, thank you.

    Black Friday sales… ordered over the phone 85inch Hisense UHD A7 H series. Spoke with Susanna, store operations manager.. paid over the phone and then went in a couple of days later to obtain the special offer of $160 credit card voucher. Well we used this voucher and purchased a sound bar that she recommended, a Kischer brand. She arranged for TV to be delivered, free delivery within the week. The customer service was exceptional. Susanna obviously knows her products she sells. Highly recommend anyone wanting to purchase from this store to see Susanna. She went above and beyond to make this customer experience to be very special. Thank you Susanna!!! Love the products, the sound and vision is amazing!!!

    When I went to Harvey Norman at dandenong I met Rohit this man was extraordinary as he not only was he able to explain everything about dishwashers he also explain how to use a dishwasher what settings to use this man was and is amazing I’ll be back to buy more thank you Rohit

    I never usually post bad reviews but in that case I am extremely frustrated and fed up with this situation. I ordered a camera 4 weeks ago for delivery, it was out for delivery and went missing. I set up a investigation with the courier who also marked it as missing, I have told the manager many times about this but he doesn't want to see the email he needs to hear it directly from them so apparently I may be waiting months for a refund. As a business owner this is not how it should be handled. I have been very patient for weeks now, but the courier has marked it as missing and I have the evidence with the reference number so there is no reason to be avoiding the refund.

    Well, the visit to this store today was remarkable. First, I was served by a "celebrity" and then received an anonymous discount too. What a day. Will be doing all my furniture shopping here now....black Friday, White Sunday, rainy Wednesday... I'll be there.. yeah baby....😍😍

    Sarah, such a sweet person, she took care of our needs with the products we wanted to purchase. Looked for the best rates. Best customer service by far. Honest and trustworthy. We are always shopping at Harvey Norman and love the products and service. Almost going back every few months and purchasing and every time we get such good help and good prices. Thank you Sarah.     Absolutely disgusted in the customer service. Was promised delivery of our brand new Couch on a Saturday, only to be called and told that the delivery drivers don’t deliver on weekends. OK. Spoke with Aaron in store and arranged for the following Tuesday (promised to be first 9:15am) to then receive a text saying it will be delivered between 12-2pm. I had taken the morning off work for all this to happen. Waited until 9am to call the store and spoke with Debbie in customer service who was helpful at the start and after asking a few questions then proceeded to mock my profession. She said she will see what compensation she can do. She called back offers $150 off the couch and I wasn’t overly happy with this as we have been stuffed around two days now and I’ve had to end up taking the whole day off work coster me hundreds. Debbie called back and said management said I won’t be receiving anything and that I can have a full refund if I’m not happy. I’ve waited 3+ weeks for this couch…. I was then told it would be delivered around 11am. At 11:05 I received a call from the driver to say he won’t be here until after 12, so multiple calls and promises later I’m still waiting. Called Debbie again and she was of no help still… Will not buy from this company again and I hope anyone who reads this doesn’t get the same treatment I’ve received. 👎👎

    We bought a chair last week and they have promotions to give you gift card. It waste us 2 hours and staff can not even do it. We pick up the gift card today (1week later) and go buy the air con with the gift card. The cashier told me the card is inactive and i have to go to furniture department to sort out myself 😒. It took us another hour for staff to fix the card. We pick up the air con and go home. Now we find out the air con is damaged and we need to go back and refund. It is so frustrating and annoying to shop in there. Each department did not talk to each other and i have to go sort of myself .( i am the mother with 8month baby with me) . I am really disappointed in their service and honestly we will not shop there again. If i can give negative star review, i will

    Employee Nikol from the furniture dept went above and beyond and was very helpful, with helping me purchase a specific gaming chair online. Unfortunately I couldn't buy it at the store. I would definitely recommend Nikol to customers. She is a real asset to the company.

    Thank you so much to the young man who served me on Saturday 22/07. He was informative, patient and very helpful/ knowledgeable. Although I didn’t purchase anything on the day I will be coming back to purchase everything for my new kitchen from him. This is NOT my local store, however good guys never have any staff available. My only disappointment is I didn’t get his name to pass into the store manager. You were helping me with the ovens mate, I hope this review gets back to you 👍☺️

    Spent 32 minutes waiting to be served I counted 5 staff members doing nothing and just ambling around.. they looked at me, but it's like they decided I wasn't the kind of person they wanted to serve. I saw 8 other customers come in and almost get served immediately, yet I stood waiting for just one salesperson to offer help. I went up towards them and they didn't bother to even acknowledge me, walking away like they had other stuff to do.. like adjust stock. So it seems if you have tattoos on any visible part of your body.. your money isn't good at this store. Considering I spend quite alot of money at the Harvey Norman stores, Dandenong is definitely one to avoid. Springvale has never let me down with customer service, Dandenong.. pick up your game.And yes.. go check your surveillance footage.. you will see im right. Black jacket and tattooed waiting and walking around the store like a unwanted bum.

    I tried to buy Panasonic Microwave from Dandenong shop but there was none in the shop, we discussed the price and she said she can sell for 249, i asked her if he can check availability in other shops, the sales person checked and she find some stock B/O from warehouse and said if I pay now it will be delivered next week so I paid with my other purchases after 2 weeks pass still not available and she never bother letting me know, I went to Dandenong store today and spoke with ILONA the unprofessional sale person who spent nearly an hour on the phone with warehouse people and told me unfortunately there is nothing available in the warehouse and Panasonic no longer manufacturing that product code and I told how come you sold me the product if the company is not manufacturing? She doesn’t have any answer and I was very disappointed of your level of customer service, that experience is terrible with that sales person, after spoken to her supervisor she told me I have two options either to purchase the scratched display for the same price or purchase the new model with no discount and I end up taking scratched display unit. My point is ILONA sold the product not even exist in her system to gain her sale commission, very unprofessional poor customer service.

    this is a shoutout for Huss who gave my bro one of the best afternoons of his life! If you're unsure on things and throw a million questions at him, he will make you feel comfortable like there's no silly questions asked! He's friendly, approachable, has professional customer service skills, AND super great at giving lots of depth and experience into what product is the best recommended for your needs. Product knowledge is insane - laptops, keyboards, antivirus, and so much more ... that's not even scraping the surface; already talked about making another trip another day for wifi routers and other things as well! Took great care helping us get the best and ultimate gaming set up. 10/10 shopping experience with Huss's expertise, patience, and ability to put himself into customer's shoes - Make sure to take care of him, he's gonna go far.

    Was looking for a fridge from the usual major retailers. Rang Harvey Norman and spoke to Mick who gave exceptional customer service and the best price. Very efficient in processing the order and got back to me promptly. Easy to talk to very friendly staff all round. Highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a good deal!!! Thanks.:)

    Excellent customer experience. Starting from the time I made the phone call to the store and getting the fridge delivered within 2 days. Best possible price, the fridge was delivered on time, the delivery guys took excellent care, removed the old fridge and any rubbish. Perfect transaction! Many thanks.     Like a lot of people have said, The sales staff on the floor are Exceptional! Friendly and pleasant to deal with. We were looking for a dining table and Faaz looked after us throughout the process. He went through catalogue and explain whats in stock and gave us a rundown on the tables and their respective prices and scheduled ETAs. We purchased the dining table we liked and put through the order. When the delivery was running late, the manager at the store called every day to keep us posted. Once the table was delivered and installed, we found out it was a defect. We called the Harvey Norman store and Faaz took the call and then got escalated to Puni who is the 2IC. We then sent pictures of the table via email. Faaz called us the next morning which was a Sunday, and both Faaz and Puni came over to inspect the table. They thoroughly examined it and advised us to call Debbie at customer serice for this issue. We raised a call with Debbie at customer service on Monday, she was very friendly, calm and collected and explained a ticket has been raised to the supplier as the table was a defect. We were quite tight for time as we were hosting a party the very next week. Debbie then got hold of the supplier and put in an urgent request, 4 days later the supplier came over, looked at the table and replaced the old table with a brand new table. Thanks to the Team at Harvery Norman Dandenong we were able to host the party with our new dining table. This is the Harvey Norman Difference compared to any other store! they put their customers first! From start to finish they were with us on our customer journey. We would like to thank Harvey Norman Dandenong for the exeptional service! A very special Thank You to Puni, Faaz and Debbie. We cannot thank you guys enough for going above and beyond the call of duty to help us out. We have highly recomended Harvey Norman Dandenong to our family and friends. Thank You Team Harvey Norman Dandenong!

    Arosha was exceptional! What a wonderful customer service experience. We came in for a quick 5 min walk through and ended up staying in so much longer and actually finding all the items we needed for our new home. He is so knowledgeable and friendly. Came in with so much confusion and walked out clearly knowing what we should be getting. Highly recommend.

    This place I am never going shopping again . I bought a 4000$ stuff from this store including mattress it probably around 3 years ago. Mattress is under warranty for 10 years I complain about 6 months ago that mattress is shrinking one side and they gave me company email and said you complain directly to the company . I didn’t buy stuff from company directly . I complain to that company they asking photos for shrink mattress I send them and the answer is it’s doesn’t look like shrinking and after they didn’t contact me . So disappointed, never again going bloody Harvey Norman again 👎

    Untrustworthy staff! Very unprofessional behaviour with rude management. I bought robovac and staff member asked me to buy product care which covers the replacement warranty and if something is wrong product will be replaced same day unlike good guys or other stores which was a good offer. I bought the product care on both the robovac and docking station, but it was only put on robovac not the docking station which I came to know when I went to return the robovac as it wasn't working properly. The staff there Janet was so uncooperative and rude even though it was their mistake to not put the docking station on product care warranty. I asked for the replacement as the staff told me when selling product care but they said there is nothing like that and she doesn't work here anymore who told us so etc etc. On 17th June they gave me the invoice that they will lodge the claim with product care and we will hear back from them in 2 weeks time but again after 3 weeks I called them on 6th July as I am having problem in cleaning with kids at home we need our house to be clean but to my surprise again they forgot to put it through claim and now again asking us to wait for another two weeks to hear back from product care. On top of that Suzana said you could have done it yourself and because its end of financial year we forgot to do it because we are busy. They didn't let us talk to the manager whereas we specialy went today to see him and tell him about the problem. Ohad named guy said it's a bonus we are doing claim for you.. things like that. Instead of solving your problem they become rude and uncooperative. We requested for the details for regional manager as the manager didn't come out to talk to us but they said you can't do anything as there is no regional manager and only franchises. I feel like I wasted my money and time. Never buy from these people and never trust their words as they don't take ownership and responsibility of their words. If something goes wrong you will be left with no other option but just to regret that why did we choose Harvey Norman to buy this product because there will be no one to listen to your complaint!

    The worst Customer Service I have ever experienced. George the Store Manager deflected that the TV was not covered under warranty as I transported it incorrectly which caused the fault. Even though their factory store man helped me load the TV into my ute. Paid $1000 to be told later that day when I reported that the TV did not operate that Harvey Norman will not be providing warranty. Arrogant and rude. Told me that Hisense would definitely not cover it either. Rang Hisense the next day and explained the situation and they organized a replacement within 5 days. Will never use these "crooks" again. Pathetic, sadly I should have read other reviews before entering the store. Hisense were fantastic. Received a response from their Customer Service Team some 7 weeks later. This delay once again explains their pathetic service. I have never experienced such poor, rude and illegal (warranty rights) service from a retailer before. Their written response (via private email) was offering an apology and the “hope” I would try them again. The only thing I’m going to “try” is to deter others from ever choosing to go to this store and experiencing how I felt when standing in the store 1 day after spending $1000 on a TV to be told by the store manager that nothing could be done. Actually, while discussing to George (store manager) that i would take this further to his superiors, he laughed and said “we get these issues daily, and we really don’t care what customers think or write” He then retreated back to his office (back of store) with not one care for how I felt. I’m still bewildered today as to how I was treated by this store and how a person like George could be their leader. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE WHILE THEY CONTINUE TO BE MANAGED BY THIS PERSON. I

    I had a very bad experience with Harvey Norman regarding a Panasonic Microwave I bought 3 months ago with additional Product care. It stopped working and they would not refund the money and said it had to be sent to Panasonic for assessment and repairs with no expected time frame. The worst customer service I have ever had. The mangers suggestion was to always have a standby . So if you buy any electrical product from Harvey Norman please purchase 2 of the same product because it is bound to breakdown because they not only you sell bad products they also sell you dodgy Product care in addition. Most unprofessional rude and unhelpful people you can deal with. They do not care about the customer. Go to other shops where you are looked after.

I had an excellent customer service, when I was matching my living room furnitures.She is very knowledgeable and helpful. It was a pleasant shopping experience.I recommend her for my family and friends for their future furniture requirements.

    Being a regular customer of Harvey Norman, this time around Harvey Norman in frankston dandenong road - isnt something i would recommend people to go to. I bought a dining table, which was delivered next day itself - but a defective piece delivered. Emailing the pictures, I am told that I need to wait 14 business days atleast to even know if anything can progress in the issue. Having continuing to pay for the product that is unusable - sucks. If the table is sourced from 3rd party and not an Harvey Norman product - I dont think that is a customer issue. As a customer, my retailer is Harvey Norman and they have delivered a defective piece, for which I think I should get a replacement or swapped to another table of my liking, if they dont have any similar table in stock. As a customer, having to wait for 3 weeks just to know if Harvey Norman gets a response from their 3rd party - is just not acceptable. Bad customer handling. No star ratings.
