This review will be lengthy due to wonderful experience I had at The Dental Co but it was important for me to share the full experience as it is truly what professional, patient focused and friendly represents. I wanted to thank Sandy (hygienist) and Dr. Jankie for my treatment. It had been about 2 years since I went for a check up and going to the dentist is not something I usually fancy (but need to do in order to have healthy teeth). However, going to The Dental Co. made me re-think and like it. Highlights of this specific clinic include the dedication to patient education and patient experience/comfort. From the first contact at the front desk with the receptionist all the way to the cleaning, it was extremely professional, clean and well organized. They also made sure that I had multiple opportunities to ask questions and they would seek actively for my opinion/expectations on the health service. This was well appreciated since you felt that they really took their time to get to know me and make the treatment personalized. Also was given a cute goody bag with lip balm, dental floss and a toothbrush. Dr. Jankie was present at the beginning of the appointment to truly understand my concerns/needs/expectations which I appreciated since I had never had a dentist "check" with me beforehand to fully grasp what I needed. At the end of the appointment, he also took some time to explain my X-rays and pictures taken of my teeth whilst giving me education. Finally, he walked me to the reception desk which was a nice gesture as I know it can get very busy. Thank you for your patience and professionalism. Sandy (and Kim) was my hygienist and I did spent a lot of time due to the services requested. She was super duper friendly and patient which made me feel very comfortable. Her instructions were clear and she would always let me know what she was about to do (i.e. during cleaning and X-ray). By doing so, it provided me with reassurance and showed her professionalism. Throughout the entire process, she would make friendly banter and conversation which made the appointment go by so fast. Loved speaking with you and thank you for the impeccable service, you deserve a raise! Will definitely come back and recommend to my friends and family.

I used to dislike going to the dentists, never had pleasant interactions until I met Dr Daniels, Wen and the friendly reception team at The Dental Co. They are professional, approachable, compassionate, patient, and it’s a modern and well equipped practice. Highly recommend Dr. Daniels and Wen!

This place makes me love going to the dentist. Everyone is always so kind and friendly, Dr Jankie, Wen and Dr Daniels are excellent and I always feel really well looked after and not pushed into any expensive up sells like some other dentists. I always leave with a little goody bag and the support staff are awesome.

I've been visiting the Dental Co consistently over the past 8 or so years for regular cleaning/checkups and removing some wisdom teeth. Dr Jeffrey Jankie, and Hygienist Sandy (who I regularly see) are professional, but also seek to create a comfortable and warm environment. They provide great care and attention in managing dental conditions holistically, with a longterm plan/vision in place. I'm comfortable recommending The Dental Co. to anyone in need of dental care, and grateful to have stumbled across such great care — my teeth are looking and feeling as good as ever.

As a rule, I don't really do reviews... and I'm not a fan of dentists, but then who is. The Dental Co is quite different! I am quite an anxious dental patient, or at least I used to be. On my first visit made it very clear I suffer from severe anxiety. They were very understanding and approached things gently. Extremely thorough, all the newest tools and technologies and not to mention, most fantastic staff! The best part? NO PAIN. Not sure how they do it. Its been several years now and I don't even live nearby anymore but still travel to have my teeth maintained twice a year. I am now so relaxed when I need to go, zero anxiety. Not your average dentist, highly recommended.

Very pleased with my experience here today! Staff are so friendly (thank you Sandy for my clean!) and the clinic itself is clean and comfortable. Glad to have found my new dentist after moving into the area.

Great experience overall. Staff were professional and very friendly. Rooms are high tech and modern (they show you your X-rays and photos immediately and also have a TV on the ceiling for you to watch during your appointment!) Teeth felt great after my clean!

I hadn’t been to the dentist in 18 years and needed two teeth fixed. I felt their assessment was very honest and thorough, and the two crowns I now have are excellent! Couldn’t be happier. Very friendly and relaxed atmosphere, and the work was done quickly and most importantly painlessly.

Great dental practice, Dr Daniels is very through and excellent with young kids. No fuss very easy to work with. Also managed to accomodate emergency dental work. Highly recommend.

The staff at the Dental Co were professional and friendly. I went in for pain in my gums, and was attended by the front desk promptly. I saw Dr Daniels at my appointed time, and he was thorough in his examination. He clearly explained the reason as well as any follow up treatment that had to be done. The practice was clean and modern, and the location was easy to find. There is ample parking behind the centre located down a side road as well, which made parking in that area not a concern. Overall would highly recommend this place for any dental needs.
