👎 VERY BAD SERVICE SELLERS BEWARE , I TOOK A STAMPED 18CT GOLD CHAIN WORTH $3,200 IN SCRAP TO THIS PLACE (I ALREADY HAD IT THOROUGHLY TESTED MULTIPLE OTHER PLACES) THEN THIS PLACE TRYED TELLING ME IT WAS 9CT AFTER DOING THERE ""TESTING"" AND OFFERED ME $1,600, WHEN I SAID I NO ITS 18CT HE DIDNT NO WHAT TO SAY LOL BUT HE STILL PERSISTED THINKING I DONT NO ABOUT GOLD TRYING TO PULL A FAST ONE ON ME, VERY VERY VERY SHIFTY, ALSO TOLD ME ON THE PHONE HE PAYS CASH THEN WHEN I DROVE AN HOUR TO GET THERE THEN HE TELLS ME HE WILL HAVE TO DO BANK TRANSFER AND NOT FOR A COUPLE OF HOURS, ALL ROUND VERY BAD EXPERIENCE AT THIS PLACE, JUST BE CAREFUL AND NO WHAT YOU HAVE BEFOR YOU GO IE.. I would never go to sharma again she was rude she damaged my jewellery I come all the way from werribee for 80 dollars she told me my gold wasn't real after I already had it tested she doesn't show you the test results never ever would use them again

Really honest about the carat, the attendant even moved some up into the more expensive category based on her machine reading and gave a great rate which is always available on the website. Quick and simple, and they paid in cash. Would absolutely reccomend! She was also honest about not having skills in diamond sales and referred me onto her colleague the next day who was also very honest and gave great advice.

They are fair and pay good price. When you are selling your gold be prepared for some discount because they are not 100% pure. The jewelery makers add some other metals and after buying from you when they melt it results poorer quality than expected. So no gold buyer pays the exact price and deducts a bit. Taking into account all the above I said, I calculated several times and concluded that they bought my gold in a very fair price. They paid cash and they give you plenty of time to calculate the price for yourself before signing the final selling contract. And they are friendly as they waited for me to arrive although it was saturday and the closing time had passed already. If I want to sell later I will go there again.
