A small paradise with high quality standard, a beautiful pool and a relaxing garden with direct access to the beach. The whole location is very clean, designed with lots of love and fascinating details. Because of only four rooms it made us sometimes feel as if it was our private villa and garden. The lovely team made our stay become an extraordinary relaxing time with lots of delicious meals. Thanks a lot for your kindness and warm- hearted support whenever needed!!! We will keep you all in our hearts as we do the gorgeous sunsets 😊

A great villa with a superb beach, extremely clean rooms, pool and the environment. Hosts were friendly and very helpful. Could not find a single fault during the two days stay which greatly exceeded our expectations. Prices were affordable. Tip: Located close to the Payagala south railway station. Very easy to catch a train from colombo and reach the villa in about 90mins. This would be an ideal place to visit during the fuel crisis.

A hidden gem very close to Colombo! We spent 7 nights here as a family with two little kids and it was just perfect. The rooms and the entire villa is very clean and decorated with attention to details. We had all our meals there and I can honestly say that the food was amazing. They perfectly understood our requests when ordering for the kids and the curries were delicious. The beach is small but clean, although the waves make it pretty difficult to swim. But for the kids it was great to have the sand right in front of the accommodation. Congrats to the staff, especially Sanjee, for making our stay so comfortable and nice. I highly recommend this place if you need to relax before or after your flight.

I absolutely loved staying here. The place is rather secluded, away from tourist crowds, but what you're getting outweighs this in so many ways. And you're getting: (1) the host who is always eager to help and who, I could see, really cares about the property and keeps it well-functioning at all times, (2) a personal chef who cooks delicious meals to your order every evening -- the prices are more than reasonable, and the food I tried in nearby restaurants doesn't even compare to the quality of these home-cooked wonders l, (3) amazing and helpful helpful staff who make sure all your needs are met, (4) beautiful clean beach just 20-30 meters away from your room, (5) picturesque sunsets you can view right from the balcony

Quiet, peaceful, near the beach, and kind staff! We were welcomed warmly upon arrival. The breakfast in the morning was also quite tasty! It’s a nice stop for a transit in between Colombo and the south of Sri Lanka. We spent the night here, took a walk along the beach and around the village in the evening and a dip in the pool in the morning The bed was ok, the pillows were not the most comfortable and there was some noise coming from the train tracks (next door). Overall, nice experience!

This is a four-room villa. The two rooms on the ground floor face the pool while the two rooms on the 1st floor have the best views of the ocean. The place is very clean & well managed. The Villa is walking distance to the Payagala South train station.The staff are very friendly and helpful. Sanjee who manages the place carefully oversees every detail.

Hidden Gem.. wonderful place with lovely hosts. Excellent beach villa with just the right ambience for a peaceful holiday. Had fine menu and tasty food with super clean environs. Highly recommended..

Very nice little hotel right on the beach. Everything is very clean and all rooms have air conditioning. The food is very good and the garden and pool are very nice and well-kept.
