The outlet is enormous. You can find clothes for kids, ladies and gents. It’s a three story building and each floor is nicely allocated for each groups. They have lot of collections and brands in clothing. For example If you take men’s shirts, they have brands like, Jobbs, Emerald, etc. The space allocated for the car park is not enough though. Customer service is good and friendly staff.

The collection is limited and there aren't many attractive options for men. But have enough space to display the stuff. Good service But can improve.

Can recommend their women lingerie section as staff is helpful and attentive to support in a decent way.

It has a compact parking space, although it has one elevator buy not for the customers, and no plus-size clothing, less office wears. As for me overall it's okay.

There was not much selection during this period, but prices are high due to the season 25% discount was offered.

I went to buy a denim. They had what I looked for. Good quality. Quality prices. That's all.

Cloths are really good. But, my opinion is it's need a upgrade.

A spacious place where the apparels and other items on sale are well spread out allowing customers good view of what they are looking at. I was surprised to find they were even selling fountain pens. The staff is very courteous and quite helpful. However, when it comes to customer reward program, the counter clerk had difficulty in co-relating the cards to the phone numbers. All said and done, one can have an enjoyable shopping experience. More so as the prices are also reasonable.

Latest fashions available.reasonable price when discount promotion period when compare with other shops.but normal prices are very high in without dicount periods.

A medium scale shopping complex with clothing varieties for mainstream public. Wattala branch has easy access to Colombo Negombo road. But clothing variety could be little biased towards shalwar kamis and sarees in wattala physical branch, therefore personally I'd prefer Colombo or purchasing online. Online platform has discount for every small public event date and very convenient any customer could easily create an account and purchase clothing by easily navigating through it. Transactions are smooth and when items are not available staff call you by phone and inform it and check if you need an alternate item. Overall 4/5. Medium range clothing, easy to afford and available item range is good on web. (Don't expect High-end branded items in this mall, recommended for daily for general usage).

It's more than a fashion house

Today 4th of November at around 10.15 I was at Fashion Bug... I just saw one of the staff members was hurrying towards a customer....The customer was actually a blind person. Mr Nifraz, the staff member was so kind hearted...not only he helped him throughout but was holding the blind customer's hand gently till he left the store. Wanted to share this as Mr Nifraz's Humanity was shown clearly.It was something to be appreciated indeed. Thank you
