Located in a crucial place. Some space available inside for few people. Range of bakery items and sweets such as cakes and also beverages available here. Customer service is good and supportive too. Food is good in quality. Prices are bit expensive. This place is popular for cakes. Some space available for parking. No wheelchair accessible entrance or wheelchair accessible parking available.

Went to the store and picked up a chocolate fudge and when we brought it home. The cake was spoilt.Manufactured on the 28/08 and expiry dated 04/09. The cake had a funny taste and smell. When I called Tue store they informed they had the same customer experience this morning and they still sold it to me. At one point this brand do was known for freshness, since the expansion their priorities have changed.

One of the most hygienic pastry shops in town - they are most famous for their tasty cakes. It is said they use quality ingredients for the cakes. There's parking for about 3-4 vehicles in front of the shop. They have their own delivery service as well as through PickMe food.

The cakes are really nice, the price of s totally reasonable too. Over the years the quality has reduced, it is no secret that it is extremely rare to get fine ingredients for cake in Sri Lanka with the current situation but it’s obvious Divine is doing the best they can. The prices are not unnecessarily inflated and the place has not seem refurbishment in a while, however the staff and the team is very helpful and easy going. Definitely many areas to improve on but still one of the best best cake manufacturers in town.

Staff are more interested in socializing amongst themselves than serving customers, almost to the point where they treat customers like an unwelcome interruption. They had a massive banner in-store offering 10% off to customers who paid using Sampath's app. When I asked them to apply the promotion the lady simply said the promotion was over and it was irresponsible of them to have the banner in store. No sooner had she taken my payment she went right back to having a chat with her colleagues - pretty sure the banner still stands - "how irresponsible!"

Blueberry cheese cake is superb. Strawberry cheese cake is not very tasty as expected. Chocolate mousse cup is bit sugary.. and the texture is not very soft as expected. Shop is less crowded. Good place to enjoy Staff 9/10 Place 9/10 Calmness 10/10 Packing 8/10 Parking 10/10

The worst cake you could probably have.!! What an utter disappointment. You can see the difference between the two cakes from the given photos. They don't provide a quality service anymore. I will never recommend Divine cakes to anyone hereafter! Thouroughly disappointed.

I will never ever recommend divine for anyone. I ordered a cake online for my sister's anniversary, however they didn't deliver it. Once I call them at the time that they promised to deliver the cake the answer was unbelievable. First They said that they have received the order few minutes ago. And then they said they have missed out to check online orders and the found out later, then the telephone operator said he informed that to his madam and she has tell him not to take any action and wait and see whether customer call and ask for it. How ever the solutions that they suggested were to deliver 2 cakes of 500gs instead of 1kg cake, without wording or deliver the cake on the following day. After I asked them to refund the money and they agreed to it. How ever once I managed to get another cake from a defferent supplier divine has sent a cake from nowhere with out wording and useless. It was funny to have 2 cakes on the anniversary day after so many hours late.

I bought a tuna pizza from the little Divine shop in the road opposite the British Council. I asked for a mildly spiced option, which they happily made for me. On another occasion, I had a few slices of chicken pizza from there. The pizza was delicious both times, and I LOVED their service. If you're in the area, I highly recommend you try their pizzas.

very poor quality foods available. Today (25th November 2019) we bought a cake which they said It was made today, but it smells really bad. feels that it has been expired. heard that some of my friends experience the same thing for the cakes and also for the short eats as well. I will not recommend this place to anyone

it took over 30mins to order and have pastries. Even most of the staff are not busy at the time and some were sitting also. This happend in Queens road, Colpetty. Not recommended at all.

Very disappointed with the Love cake I sent through Kapruka for my mums Birthday! I live abroad so used kapruka to order Love cake and shorteats. Shorteat platter was good but Love cake was almost gone off!! My mum said she was asked to keep in fridge when it arrived so she did as told by the delivery boy. After three days when she cut into the cake it was discoloured and tasted horrible so had to throw away. The most disgusting fact is that when she complained this to Divine, they asked if they could see the cake.. !! I dont understand who would keep a rotten cake like this in the house? No appology nothing from them! Please avoid this place!!

They never know how to design cakes, i got a cake for my boyfriend’s birthday and they wrote his name is bright pink with a pink border, and i then ordered a chocolate cake and the writing was SO messy

Ordered a cake with two days notice. Reconfirmed on the phone a day before. When I arrived at the location to pick up they knew nothing about the order. When I checked their whatsapp phone our message was clearly there. They somehow managed to offer a cake after about 30 minutes. No where near the Divine quality though😩

I ordered a pizza. (Pizza shop is next to cake shop).I ordered a chicken pizza. Tasty but I did not found olives etc as in other shops. (Only chicken, chillie and onions) Staff is friendly. PS : I went there few months ago, so the prices might be different now.

Very good and tasty cakes in Sri Lanka. I ordered party pack for my Daughters birthday on 23rd 12 2020. The delivery is not on time and the snacks are cold. The Service is poor.

Highly satisfied. They have fresh cakes. And friendly service. Quick and quality. Accessing is a bit difficult due to being located in a one-way road. Best option is to go and buy your self. Delivery is getting late of the day .

Few careless workers in your company spoil the brand reputation of the divine cakes by handling orders in an inefficient manner. We appreciate if you could micro manage the business process starting from order acceptance to delivery. The web site needs minor improvements too. You intermittent supervision will aid to restore the quality of the service and hopefully we will be able to obtain the fabulous service again. Thank you.

For tasty cakes

I hadto place an order from this cake shop. They actually show a different photo and what they sent was a chocolate cake with incomplete icing. They provide false information and sending wrong product. The delivery guy also arguing with me saying that this is the cake normally deliver. I dont recommend this place to anyone. Today i felt shame infront of everyone. IF GOOGLE REVIEW HAS MINUS STAR OPTION, I WOULD SELECT MINUS STARS

For this chocolate cake it is average. But for your dates cake is excellent. This chocolate tastes like the more flour taste, not chocolate cake at all. It is a bit dry inside and not nice.

Worst customer service ever I wanted to get brownies and when I called the They didn't have enough brownies and they said to place order and I can collect it later I ordered brownies after that I got brownies from a another place I wanted to cancel it when I called to inform it the staff said I must get order and I said I don't want it and the staff said not to order again and cut the call very rude behavior

Visited to try out the new 'Love a Pizza' by Divine. Was not quite what I have come to expect from Divine. The dining area is quite small, but ok. Kitchen is separated in a shabby partician not suitable for a reputed brand. Staff doesn't seem to be too happy. Pizza was ok, but has a long way to go with other good competitors in the market. And I have tried so many places. Uses local ingredients. Didn't have that 'wanna go back' taste. Hope things improve if WOM is expected.

I ordered a cake to be delivered on the 20th June 2022 for a friend’s birthday.. since the cake was not delivered even by 1 pm, I called Divine just in case to check whether they have dispatched, and the answer was ‘no’. They said they couldn't find a person to deliver due to this crisis. And yes, I understand the fuel situation in SL and that's why I went through various sites which said "they won't deliver because of the fuel crisis" and found Divine which said they'll deliver on their website. That's why I selected the Divine and paid the full amount including the delivery charge for the relevant area. They didn't inform me in any way about this matter until I, myself took the call. So after a lot of talking and so on I had to pay EXTRA delivery charges on top of the charges I've already paid because they said the riders ask for more money. Otherwise, they told me to come and pick up the cake. It was a birthday cake after all and I couldn't tell my friend to pick up the cake cause it was supposed to be a surprise. And I couldn't pick it up too because I live abroad, and my family couldn't pick up the cake because they live far away from Colombo. So I had to pay the extra amount and sent it to his home. The worst part is Divine didn’t inform me till the last minute and I didn’t have time to find another option also I had to pay again. This practice is totally unprofessional and unfair to customers. Divine if you have any issues, let the customers know in advance and Dear Customers pls be alert on your order because Divine is unprofessional from what I experienced.

Don't ever order a cake from this place! My cake was 3 hours delayed and imagine the embarrassment I had to deal with after the cake being delayed for 3 bloody hours!

Revive on Sep 2020. Excellent Location, ample parking. Easy Access from Duplication Road. Good quality food and reasonable price. More sweets then savories available. Used to be a top class place, but now no A/C and looks little run down, may be after the lock down. Food quality is still the same. Very peaceful location. but lack of option on savories now is bit of a worry. Looks like its picking up lets hope so. They are known for their tasty cakes. Most of the credit cards are accepted so payment is easy, also they are also expanding on the payment option which is a good thing.

It was a worst experience. i ordered a cake from kandy Divine for my baby's birthday. The delivery was too late. I ordered a Chocolate cake from them. But once we cut out the cake there was no chocolate inside. They have given me a ribbon cake. But they have already charged for a chocolate cake. The price is Also too much. Its not even worth for the price. And the design is also not in the expected level. Also I'm not satisfied with the weight of cake. There is not enough weight as they told. The service is very poor. Never suggest anyone to order cakes from Divine. Totally Very bad and low quality service . Becareful when you order design cakes from them. You will never get what you expect.

I am a regular customer for " Divine" cake shop. but this time i was totally upset that they are selling expired cakes by keeping their display. The cakes which I bought was chocolate fudge 1kg cake with 2 days old .I purchased it on 18-APR.The CAKE was MFD on 09/04/2019 and Exp was 15/04/2019. With lot of confidence i didn't even check the exp date at the shop. but when we ate some pieces with our family we have noticed some thing going wrong and  then only i checked the exp date and shocked to see the date.expired date also at the under the cake board. I called the headoffice and the collected branch as well.but I was surprised with their response,because its was just a sorry.I just you would really think twice buying in divine cakes once again. I wonder how they manage their display and how their garbage their expired items. I really dissatisfied with divine.

Not 'Divine' anymore. Pelawatta - Pannipitiya Road Divine sells stale food items. Cake pieces are hard, Iced Coffee gives odd taste. Don't waste your money at this place. Horrible.
