Lovely Buffet lunch. With total honest I literally binge ate here. Ample seating space. ( Big Indoor and short outdoor) Friendly staff. One funny moment to share. So, the rule is that one must wear a mask while we selfserve. However, I forgot to wear mask 😷 twice even after the manager requested me. Finally, he gave me a mask and literally begged 🙏me to wear the mask while I come to serve. Kudos for their patience. All the staff were professional. Delicious food. As this is Contactless dining, so scan the bar code on the phone to open menu and order the items to the staff. I prefer buffet for flexibility of wide varieties. Also, fast food(fried rice, noodles) and tandoori roti will be included in buffet but needs to be ordered specially. It has a high value for price. It is only ₹2000 plus taxes( $29) for couple. Today, one more special moment is I ate an egg cake after 1 year gap because I am a vegetarian since 1&1/2 years. Totally, enjoyed lovely meal 🍴🍱with my mum. Stay safe. Stay hungry!! Thanks.

It was not a disaster but it burned a hole in the pocket. Per pax was 4500/- and the food was worth 3K per pax. As it was new year eve I did not mind paying the same. The food was upto the mark , but variety was limited. Sushi .. they should stop making .. or maybe I am not made for that taste.. pickles were easy pic and. tasted well. Liked the salads .. but rest was so so …

Very Good Restaurant, if you are looking for a good Meal at a Calm Place this place is Must Go. The property has gone through lot of changes, this new setup looks amazing. The Food was Delicious! Enjoyed it! Great Job to the Team! 👍

We visited the place for a coffee and snacks. We didn't have a lot of options in snacks. Coffee was good, place is good... Ambience is 5/5........ Maintenance is 5/5........... Staff is helpful and professional like expected!!! Was a great experience. !! Will definitely visit again.. 😁

Had an amazing time here! The rooms and ambience is good but the food is amazing.especially the chat counter. I never had such savoury chats at a star restaurant. Sumanth here has made yummy customised chats.

We went der on weekday , there was good spread , veg n non veg ..I wish there were more staters for veg . So many varieties couldn't even taste all of those. Taste was yum. Loved peaceful environment n beautiful ambiance. 😍

Its one of the costlier option I found in the city. We did not had lunch or dinner here due to high cost. Had only breakfast. Teast was good but the spread was usual and no local flavour of food included.

The food was good but the initial service really bad. They had no table for us lady at the entrance refused a table even after many polite requests she also told us that they were booked for the next 15 days..... frustrating...... but once we spoke to a manager Ravi I think. The doors miraculously opened and we got a table. The food was good though and the service great too. Love music sucked. Over all not a bad experience but i really preferred the old square to this new good exchange...

Absolute rubbish. Not even one item tasted good. And everything was cold. They turn off the food warmers at 10pm. Each item is a long way away from another. Fruits finish. And no one replenishes even after telling them. I've never had a worse experience at any restaurant irrespective of the stars. Don't even think of going there.

The Square has a variety of dishes spread across the restaurant. You will find a mix of salads, bread, South Indian, Chinese or even Mughlai items on the platter. The live counters at the Square with freshly prepared pooris and bhaturas or even the cheese masala omelet used to be our favorite. The chai corner in the Square serves freshly prepared tea for all its patrons. All the food that we tried at both these restaurants left us asking for more. Novotel also hosts their in-house bar known as the Bar. The Bar serves a range of mock-tails and cocktails to be enjoyed whenever you happen to visit it. Don’t miss the Long Island Iced Tea at the bar next.

Good buffet spread. La Carte can take time so do remember to order well in advance. Food is good and tasty could be less oily.

Dining at the Square was a pleasant experience. The staff, especially Pritam, were very friendly and treated us to a good meal.

This place is now called the 'Food Exchange'. We came here for my wife's birthday in Dec 2022 and they had a Kerala food special menu that day. Overall a nice spread.

Food is good and so is it's variety and service. However, despite specifically asking for orange juice, as the juice being served in the buffet was pineapple juice which I'm allergic to, the staff still got a mix of pineapple and orange juice even from the kitchen.

Restaurant is big and very clean and well maintained. Kitchen setup looks fantastic. The quality and taste of the food are good but not delicious. The varieties are comparably very less in the buffet menu. The good thing is buffet is live kitchen. So almost you get the food served hot. Need some more staff to take care of the guest as the restaurant is considerably big. When comes to price, I would say they maintaining the premium hotel price and not the food. So not worth food for the price we pay.

I think 'The Square' is currently known as 'Food Exchange' in Novotel Airport Hyderabad. I felt it was wise choice to have my family lunch with the food exchange. The food had great variety and choice. Being Sunday, complemented with the live music, it turned out to be a great atmosphere. The service, I should say was impeccable and Ms. Sravani (I trust I have her name correct) thank you for serving me and family and, making us comfortable. Appreciate your service with the smile and warmth, that you served me and my family. Thank you..!

The food was arranged in a complete disorganised manner. Veg and non veg were mixed. The indication (red and green dot cards) was so tiny making it hard to identify. There was some food outside some inside and getting food ordered nd getting to the table was taking so long. Service was substandard. One of the waiter accidentally spilled juice on one of the guest in my party and there was no urgency in getting it cleaned up. Atmosphere is really good.

I had the dinner Buffet at this place and it was amazing. They had it renovated recently and the new interiors are very overwhelming. They had such a lavish menu and the staff was also very courteous. This place is a must try for everyone in Hyderabad. Food quality - 5/5 Taste - 5/5 Ambience - 5/5 Service - 5/5 Safety measures - 5/5
