This cultural center includes a free mandatory guide to the Palace of Justice. The guide is well versed on the history of the palace. The palace has tall and long corridors and some chambers are air conditioned while others are terribly hot. Don't miss out the last room, as it tells the macabre story of an assassination with a plot twist

A place with history worth visiting. It's free, but you must sign on the guest list at the entrance. Guided tours, also in English (free). The whole tour takes about 20-25 minutes.
