Stop giving these people your hard earned money! On multiple occasions this location has messed up my orders! One time I ordered snackin’ bacon and they literally served it to me cold and raw! Another time I ordered hash browns and they were entirely burnt!! And this finally time I ordered a bacon egg and cheese croissant toasted and a caramel iced coffee. My Iced wasn’t light enough so I asked the guy in the window to add my cream and he literally turned my entire drink white!! So at this point I go inside to speak to a manager which they told me there wasn’t one when I first entered the store! My croissant was not toasted as well so I asked the manager to toast it for me and she literally burnt it to the point it was actually black all around except for the middle. Never coming back here again just to get treated poorly, served unqualified food, and waste my money that I work for!

The worst Dunkin in whole Manalapan. The drive through staff is incompetent and illiterate. They don’t understand basic English. And the male manager is also equally bad. They messed up our simple order so many times. Missing items and meat added to the order when we told them multiple times no meat in anything. Save your money and don’t give them your business.

Besides the line in the drive through. Otherwise it's probably a fine place if you like coffee. If you're more an energy drinks person, I recommend 7-11

Stopped by with my aunt to get some iced coffee. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Store was clean. The donuts and coffee were top notch

They know how I want I my coffee when I pull up. They ask me the same and I say yes. Never had a d and d remember there customers by their voice.

This is absolutely insane the toast was a little bigger than the palm of my hand / half the size of the sandwich box and they just charged $5.00 ??? You don't get a chance to look at what they give you when you're on the drive thru line, , however the price is absolutely insane

Fast service, concise and friendly, as well. While this is a good location for a Dunkin Donuts (it is next to a Starbucks drive thru), cars will zoom into the parking lot, so don't let the little kiddies loose and unsupervised. Wish they and all other Dunkin Donuts locations had a lemon filled donut again! We did like the heart shaped ones for Valentines Day though.

This place was amazing, great staff, great service and even have pump your own syrups at a table on the side. Definitely a must stop

the most impatient staff which do not give a customer few minutes to make their choice for large purchase!! there are was not a line inside at all!!! very unpleasant experience, will never stop by here again!!

Great Dunkin’ location. Drinks are always made correctly, and the employees are great.

I ordered a signature latte and didn’t even receive what i ordered. Completely disappointed why am being charged for something when they can’t even be competent and give me what i ordered. Please hire some experienced employees as these young kids don’t know what they’re doing and just running through the motions.

Giant sign on 24 hours that says DRIVE THRU OPEN, which you see on the highway and think the drive thru must be open, when in actuality, it is not and they close early.
