First visit! I got there first before my friend! I was seated and offered to order while I waited! Which was very nice! Server was friendly and attentive! Liked the decor! Breakfast was good! Need to invest on getting new menus. Menus falling apart.

Really enjoyed this place. Everything on the menu seems to be delicious, never disappointed. This is a BYOB spot in case you want mimosas with brunch and they don't take reservations.

Everthing was excellent , me personally those potatoes need love. A light shake of seasoning after the fryer and maybe so onions instead of peppers . The Paneycakes were bomb . All monkey business here lol. The dirty Chia was extra dirty deliciousness, Ashley is fun and bubbly a great server. Eggs cooked perfectly along with bacon. So excited to go back and try everything on the menu.

My family and I stopped by this spot after playing paintball. The food was so-DAMN-GOOD!! I had the toasted almond latte and the steak and eggs. Everything was really good. We live in Brooklyn and we agreed that we wouldn't mind going over the bridge to Staten Island to go back.

Project Brunch was a solid breakfast spot. Staff was friendly and personable. Food and portions were satisfactory for the price. We had no complaints from our group of 4. Everything was hot and enjoyable. Would eat here again.

My 11 year old and I stopped in today for a treat. I ordered the veggie omelet pizza (added jalepenos) and she ordered the orange Creamsicle frozen drink of the month. She absolutely loved her drink! My order was cooked perfectly and filled with veggies. Having it on a Flatbread was a different but good experience that i was hoping for. Adding to our experience was server Kristen who was not only patient (big drink decisions were being made), she also answered any and all questions with a smile. It was a pleasure from start to finish, and ended with an employee running out, as my daughter had forgotten her backpack in the restaurant. It's a bit of a trip for us to get there, but worthwhile!

Love this brunch place! I recommend getting the caramel latte or oreo milkshake! My favorite is the home fries and waffles and fries chicken. Comes with eggs and bacon as well. Its so good. I recommend stopping by if you are searching for a new breakfast place to go to.

We had a great time at Project Brunch, twice now. The staff was warm and helpful, and really catered to us and our requests. We had the bendict and pastrami/pulled pork burger, and at our request, they have replaced the pretzel bun for brioche. I wanted to try the very picturesque frozen hot choco, but went for the lesser sugar option with hot Dirty Chai latte. The best of the lot was the warm Banana bread made fresh served with cinnamon cream. I will definitely come back for that again and again!!

Love this place, its one of my favorite brunch spots in NJ! Super easy to get reservations and the staff are super accomodating! The PB breakfast bowl is one of my fave dishes here

What a fantastic brunch we had at Project Brunch. First, our waitress Mackensee L was wonderful. Gave us recommendations, was very attentive, she was a delight. Oh my the food. Everything was delicious! Can absolutely recommend the Bacon Me Crazy, Farmer's Platter, Project S.E.C and the Breakfast pizza. The Creme Brule Cappuccino was out of this world. The portions were perfect for left overs too. P.B. was clean and the décor was lovely. We found our new breakfast & brunch spot. 10 out of 10!

I had the pleasure of visiting Project Brunch, a charming little brunch restaurant that exceeded my expectations in both menu creativity and atmosphere. From the moment I stepped inside, I was captivated by the inviting ambiance and the delightful aroma of fresh coffee and sizzling bacon. Project Brunch offers an array of exciting choices on its menu that cater to various tastes and preferences. From sweet to savory, there was something for everyone. I opted for the "Benny Bonanza," a unique twist on Eggs Benedict featuring a mouthwatering variety of toppings. The combination of flavors and textures in this dish was a delightful surprise, and it left my taste buds craving more. The menu also showcased creative takes on classic brunch items, such as the "Stuffed French Toast Tower" and the "Savory Pancake Platter," all of which were both visually appealing and incredibly delicious. It's evident that the chefs at Project Brunch put a lot of thought into crafting these dishes. What truly set Project Brunch apart, aside from its menu, was the warm and inviting atmosphere. The cozy decor, friendly staff, and a soundtrack of mellow tunes created the perfect backdrop for a relaxed brunch outing. The restaurant had a welcoming, community-oriented vibe that made it a great spot to gather with friends or enjoy a leisurely solo brunch. To top it all off, the service at Project Brunch was impeccable. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu, making recommendations based on personal preferences and dietary restrictions. They truly added to the overall positive experience. In conclusion, Project Brunch is a hidden gem that excels in offering exciting, innovative brunch options in a cozy and inviting setting. If you're a brunch enthusiast looking for a memorable meal with a welcoming atmosphere, this restaurant should be at the top of your list.
