We live here from 2016 November . Initially we didnot had any association as we had the apartment under construction. Now we formed legal association and the apartment is well maintained and fixed the CCTV camera as well.good ppace for peaceful living. Good ventilation and well planned houses with good ambiance.

Values are not added with plots are residences. But people and livelihoods who dwell there. One such good soul resides there that thinks about others happiness and growth....

1.Worst apartment maintenance (parking area, walking path,floor area) 2.water crisis problems 3.no association in the apartment 4.they are charging 1700 rs for Maintence cost ( higher cost with no maintenance above mentioned)
