I called to request a new pt appt this morning and lady who answered the phone was so rude. I asked if they accepted my insurance and she said we don't take insurance XYZ. I proceeded to tell her what insurance I had and she said " I just told you what insurance we don't take and we don't check insurance you have to call your insurance and check if we're in network " I just told her to forget it because if she was going to speak pt this way, I want nothing to do with that practice. I called another PCP office and that person was so helpful and pleasant, she asked my insurance information and checked if they accepted my insurance and schedule my appointment.

Poor customer service skills at the front desk, and a very disorganized billing system so if you choose to go there be careful because they have no idea what they are charging you from one visit to the next. They don't know how to handle customer concerns in a professional manner whatsoever and just yell at the patients. You are just another number to them and the providers don't care whether you stay or go.

The woman who answers the nurse line is very rude and unprofessional. I do not feel well listened to, or that my health concerns matter to her at all. In addition, she does not listen well or follow through accurately. Their whole office needs better management.

My experience with Dolphin Medical Group has always been one that makes me feel I'm welcome and in a safe and secure place. I find it impressive and warm when I've sat in the waiting room, moved to an examination room and then return to the front to check out and the Receptionist drops a comment that addresses me by my first name..."Did they get you taken care of Don?". That, makes me feel like I belong...and, that along with both doctors and nurses who are, not only quite knowledgeable but, are warm and friendly, make you feel like this is the office you want to come back to when you aren't feeling well. It makes you feel like you are being taken care of and that means a lot! What I have felt each time I go to the Dolphin Clinic is simply solid medical skills by competent, respectful, professionals who make me feel I belong and will be taken care of. That makes their efforts worth every penny they want me to pay for their services. When you find that all in one office...you know you've found a service to stick with.

Nora, my PA and the Dolphin Medical Staff truly offer the best care in our area. I never feel rushed and they value my own time with minimal wait times and efficiency at check-out. I always receive appt reminders and call backs when I have questions. I am grateful for Nora’s expertise and warm demeanor as a medical provider. She takes extra time to listen and she cares about her patients. The Parrish Dolphin Medical team is an asset to our community.
