When
I
arrived
at
3:25p,
my
room
was
not
ready.
I
was
asked
to
wait
another
25
minutes.
Hotel
front
desk
weekday
staff
were
less
than
friendly.
The
evening
front
desk
staff
were
more
friendly
and
hospitable.
The
night
prior
to
check
out,
I
requested
a
late
check
out
and
was
told
that
because
I
was
part
of
a
large
group
they
were
only
allowing
5
late
check
outs.
In
reality,
Hampton
in
owed
me
40
minutes
of
my
stay
when
the
room
wasn't
ready
at
check
in,
the
least
they
could
have
done
was
let
me
check
out
at
noon
(check
out
is
at
11am)
I
travel
frequently
and
when
I
stay
at
other
franchise
hotels,
late
check
out
has
not
been
an
issue
even
when
the
hotel
is
'sold
out'
It
was
not
a
good
experience
for
a
group
that
rented
more
than
24
rooms.
I
will
recommend
to
our
group
that
our
next
stay
is
not
at
a
Hilton
brand
hotel.
