    Stayed for a business trip, so the work table setup in the room was perfect. Breakfast was definitely above average, though the coffee didn't impress. But it is there when you need it :) ... I didn't use any of the fitness amenities or stay long enough to get a feel for the routine. Next trip to the area though, the location was great for the work and convenient to the roads in the area.

    Great location to stay for when family comes town. We had a blast spending the day with my mom and her boyfriend by the cabana in the pool and hot tub the day after Christmas this year. So many friendly families, young couples, older guests, a great mix of wonderful people and pleasant staff. Thank you for the wonderful experience and treating our 3 crazy kiddos so great! 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

    Rooms are old and carpet doesn't look clean. Location right next to a busy HYW and very loud, Customer service is terrible, everyone looks like they are in bad mood. We asked front desk to send roomservice to clean up the room she was already on the phone fighting with a hotel guest! They never send any one and when we were checking out we mentioned the issue and her respond was all is done , do you need a print out or is there anything else that you need !?! like I don't care and ignored the complaint. Management like shows a "I could care less" attitude I will never ever go back there and I don't recommend anyone to spend time and money in the places that they don't appreciate your business. The PETS in hotel are more friendly then employees 😉

    Absolutely terrible service, have been begging the hotel manager for a resolution for my booking issue for more than 3 weeks with no answers and constant finger pointing. I have called at least 10 times trying to get an issue solved and every single time have been dismissed. Now it looks like I will not be receiving my money back because of their negligence. Book at your own risk!!

    When I arrived at 3:25p, my room was not ready. I was asked to wait another 25 minutes. Hotel front desk weekday staff were less than friendly. The evening front desk staff were more friendly and hospitable. The night prior to check out, I requested a late check out and was told that because I was part of a large group they were only allowing 5 late check outs. In reality, Hampton in owed me 40 minutes of my stay when the room wasn't ready at check in, the least they could have done was let me check out at noon (check out is at 11am) I travel frequently and when I stay at other franchise hotels, late check out has not been an issue even when the hotel is 'sold out' It was not a good experience for a group that rented more than 24 rooms. I will recommend to our group that our next stay is not at a Hilton brand hotel. Clean: (8.5/10) Updated Amenities: (6.0/10) Front desk: (6.0/10) Housekeeping: (9.5/10) Location: (9.0/10)

    I booked this hotel because we were traveling out of town for my husband’s job. Since he had to be at work before hotel check in, I called the day before to see if I was able to hang out at the pool for a couple hours until they had a room available. Front desk clerk told me absolutely so after being dropped off at the hotel I go to the pool to find out it’s completely empty and being worked on. So therefore I had to sit in the room all day with nothing to do, and no vehicle. When I was checking out, I overheard another clerk tell a customer the pool was not in service, but they are welcome to use their other location. I was never informed of this, therefore, had a lousy time I would’ve definitely found another hotel with a working pool.

    The whole hotel is beyond great! The pool and sauna the employees are the best. The exceptional rooms. Finding in the extensive shopping center is difficult tho

    Exceptionally well managed hotel. All staff do a superb job of caring for customers in a courteous, friendly and efficient manner. Upon my departure, I was left with the pleasant impression that I had been staying in a high-end hotel which pampered me for several lovely days. I hope to come back soon!

    Very clean rooms, friendly, professional and very helpful staff. Loved the location. Close to everything in terms of shopping, food and Target. Even though it was next to the freeway and our room faced the freeway, we did not hear any of the road noise.

    Trisha and Georgia and Parker at the front desk are great 👍. It is nice to find a hotel with actual housekeeping when you ask for the room to be cleaned. A black tea or Earl Grey tea would be nice at the coffee station. Excellent customer service. Rooms are nice and updated. The evening cookies were always a treat. Breakfast was nice, although I only had the fresh fruit and a waffle. I will be back.

    Great location clean but the rooms are a little dated... And there is only one tiny sign as you make your way to find the hotel on Cooper Creek . Take a quick right and go all the way to the end past Nordstrom rack outlet. Took us twenty minutes to find this place as we drove around

    Everything was lovely. Very nice to have daily housekeeping. The breakfast was decent with fresh fruit. The only change I would make is that the clock in the room was impossible to set to the correct time. Even the staff gave up on that one.

    They are Just Amazing!!! I stayed there for about 9 months almost a year a go. This is my Go To when in Sarasota. The staff is just amazing and very personable. They really go above and beyond. You are treated really well. Had 3 rooms booked with no issues. Family loved the area and where very impressed with the staff. From everyone in the front desk, the maintenance gentleman as you pass by, the housekeeping crew to the lady that takes care of breakfast who immediately recognized me. Just wanted to say THANK YOU!!!

    We have stayed here 3 times in the last year while we were in town for regattas at Nathan Benderson Park. The location is amazing, with TONS of restaurants, bars, shopping within walking distance or within a mile. The hotel is clean, service was very friendly and professional. We will continue to stay here whenever we are in Sarasota!

    The Hilton touch is definitely evident at this hotel. My 3rd stay here and everytime has been an absolute delight. Always spotlessly clean and a staff that goes above and beyond to insure your stay is enjoyable.

    Great location, clean facility, nice aminities and friendly staff. The experience far outweighed our expectations. Would highly recommend this hotel and would most definitely stay again. Probably the best Hampton Inn I have ever stayed in!

    This stay in particular was terrible. Waited at the front desk for over 5 minutes for nobody to come out. Nobody at the front desk. Twice. Unprofessional. Had housekeeping enter room TWICE 4 hours before check in, go into the room start cleaning while our belongings were still in here, couldn’t come back and relax and shower before heading back home. You should not be entering rooms until after the check out time. Not 4 hours before. They were rude as well and just tryin to get their day over with.

    I’ve stayed in so many Hilton chain hotels this past two months I can’t count. This one takes my Number One spot . Excellent staff, very clean, best damn gym room and equipment I ever seen . Location to 4 star plus restaurants within walking distance. Had me in the perfect room location I love. Wish all mimicking this operation. Can’t wait to come back . Thanks

    Best Hampton we’ve ever visited! Beautiful pool with a waterfall and handicapped accessible hot tub, very nice lobby, amazing breakfast buffet wihh the fresh fruit, waffles, oatmeal, Greek yogurt, eggs, chicken apple sausage and much more! Front desk staff is lovely and our room was spotless. GM even left us a note with candy kisses. I’m walking distance to tons of restaurants and shops. Can’t wait to return to this awesome hotel.

    We came into town without a reservation and Georgia found us a room right away. She made us feel very welcome, gave us lots of local history and information, and we were even chosen guest of the day and got some special treats!! Ivana is a great manager and does everything she can to make your stay extra special. So happy we found this place!! Great hotel, modern, clean and friendly, plus a fantastic location and super reasonable. One of the best parts of our trip. Would DEFINITELY recommend it!!
