I I am a frequent shopper and purchaser at two other Kate Spade outlets and every time I walk in to the door at these locations I am greeted with a smile and a hello letting me know what specials they have this week. I walked into this store and they could care less; they kept up the conversation amongst themselves, totally ignoring me until I was headed out, and then I got the compensatory 'did you find everything' with no sense of meaningfulness. Will never return to the store even if I know they have a product I want. I guess they thought my capris and T-shirt were not the right apparel for shopping in their store.

The store was so organized it was very easy to find things even on Black Friday it was well organized. Your staff was wonderful, when I couldn’t find a matching wallet for my two purses I asked an employee and she helped my right away. The lady at the cash was very nice and polite she help me up date my profile as I recently got married. Overall terrific store!

Great sale: 70% plus 20% off. Sales rep was helpful but not overbearing. Although i ended up buying a purse for my wife, I left with a bit of a bad taste in my mouth. The floor rep was helpful enough to calculate the price with the double discount: "taxes in"... but then when i went to check out, i was told a price that was about $6-$8 more. The money wasn't a big deal (especially for Kate Spade), but misquoted prices are annoying, and the cashier didn't acknowledge that in the least or apologize/empathize. The attitude was: "the price is this, sir. Take it or leave it". Not cool.

They were having a killer back to school sale, it was 60% off then 20% off that, and clearance Merch was another 20% off of the previous discounts. Staff was on the ball, the products were displayed nicely, but the selection could have been better. All in all a good experience and a business to keep an eye on for great sales.

The associates were very welcoming and said everything in the store is 70% off. But when I questioned some of the posted prices (only 60% off) I was told those prices weren't included in sale. So my high expectations quickly went downhill. Didn't buy there.

Great deals, helpful staff, not nearly as crowded as the Orlando outlet. They honored the 1 year guarantee on a bag I purchased there. Excellent customer service.

I was looking for a foldable hold bag, the staff advised that they had one that could hold 25kg and folded down to 5cm. They had in various colours, I chose the blue one. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The store itself is well laid out with a great selection of travel bags.

This is one of my favorite spots at the Ellenton Outlets. The store is well organized, and they always have incredible deals.

Loved this store and the staff! We ended up buying 3 purses and a dress because the deals were really good and the pieces were beautiful. The store is well maintained and they have a lot of selection. The dress section was my favourite but my only wish would be that they expand it and carry more clothing! Would absolutely return again!
