Lifetime Learning lesson: A few days ago I left a 1 star review. I was SO angry that I was in so much pain from a respiratory virus that I decided to come here and let my frustrations out on the lack of medical care I felt that I received. In all reality this had nothing to do with the nurses, or doctors. Just me being in pain and needing someone to blame. Tonight 2 minutes before closing they allowed me to be seen again, even after my review and knowing they would have to stay late. After a stern speaking to from an actually pretty cool doctor, I left crying but with a smile on my face. He didn't turn me away, he came up with a plan C and gave me hope I'll get over this thing. My lesson, is to trust that my doctor didn't just want to give me what I thought I needed and satisfy me, but to give me the treatment that was going to make me better. So a message to admin: the doctor who worked on the night of 10/30 and the night I went prior, you are lucky to have him. And to the doctor who made sure to have that real life conversation with me, and still help me.. I just want to say thank you.

Encouraging Improvement at PrimeHealth Urgent Care in Parrish Hey there, folks! I wanna share my recent experience over at PrimeHealth Urgent Care in Parrish. Now, look, I get it; we all have our bad days. But when you're walkin' into a healthcare place, you wanna feel a little warmth, right? Unfortunately, that wasn't quite the case this time. So, me and my crew stroll in with some business to handle, and the front office gal, well, let's just say she wasn't exactly wearing a smile. She seemed like she'd rather be anywhere but there, and that ain't the vibe you want in a healthcare joint. Now, I can't help but wonder what's causin' that attitude. Is it the boss bein' all rude and snooty? Or maybe it's just the job ain't the right fit for her? Whatever it is, it sure ain't makin' for a good experience for us patients. Listen up, PrimeHealth Urgent Care in Parrish, it's time for a little heart-to-heart. It's crucial that the folks at the front desk and all your staff bring their A-game. We're talkin' about healthcare here, folks' well-being, and comfort. If someone's not feelin' it, maybe it's time for a change in career paths. We Floridians, we're friendly folks, and we expect the same in return. So, let's work together to make PrimeHealth a place where patients feel welcome and cared for. Fix up that atmosphere, and we'll all leave with smiles on our faces, knowin' we got the care we needed. That's the Florida way!

Zero star rating. Negligent and irresponsible. My child was seen on a Sat at the Parrish location and should have immediately been put on antibiotics but was not prescribed anything. And I say that because the doctor himself diagnosed her. A Swab was sent out and after numerous calls and days passing with no results I was notified the swab could not be tested. I took matters in to my own hands and took her to get treated else where. Now a week later I get results from a new swab and they offer me antibiotics. I can’t imagine if I would have waited a week. Thank God I didn’t. Infection right by her eye that could have done a lot of damage. Not a place I would go again.

Place is a joke, currently visiting home from out of town and I have to take an injection every two weeks, not a fan of needles and I don’t have any with me. I was told by my former health care provider here and from blue cross blue shield that they would be able to help. The nurse at the counter said they wouldn’t be able to give me my injection because they didn’t know how it was stored, I said it’s been with me inside a house, and while traveling inside my ac cooled car, my name is also on the prescription. Told me if it was in-house they could do it. Like it’s their own brand medicine. Don’t bother wasting your time when I asked to explain more so I can understand I hear a what I can only assume was a doctor or nurse said don’t F’n bother arguing with him when I was asking questions to understand the situation and why BCBS would tell me they could do the injection. I’d give zero stars if I could

Best urgent care I've ever been to! Had to bring my almost 5yo daughter in, she split her chin in the pool today. They took such excellent care of her! Efficient, friendly and very good with her, and honestly just the best experience I have ever had in an urgent care. Thank you to the entire staff and Laura the PA-C who fixed her right up.

My husband recently visited this clinic for the first time. He had an on-line appointment and was given prompt service. The clinic was clean and staff was professional. We were extremely pleased with the services of Michael Morgenstern, PA, who diagnosed and treated my husband. We are grateful to have this clinic so conveniently located near to our home. A big thank you to all the staff for your service and compassion. My husband and I highly recommend this clinic.

My 8 year old son broke his arm and we went to this urgent care that we have used previously and they were wonderful. The doctor and staff were able to get his arm x-rayed and wrapped in a temporary split/cast. I highly recommend this place we have used them every time we needed a doctor for our son or family since we moved here from California last year.

: I had the opportunity to need someone to remove staples from a surgery i had for a torn tricep in another state. I called first to make sure this would not be a problem, Patrice at the front desk said it should not be a problem and they weren’t that busy.We headed over and after completing the needed paper work, (of course we are from out of state and never needed anything like this before) we waited for a relatively short time, maybe 15 / 20 minutes. Amy the RN called me back ask a few questions checked vitals and said Mike the PA would be in shortly to remove the staples. Just a few minutes later he was in and did just that!. Amy and Mike were really nice and professional. I am still amazed how easy and nice it was to be from another state and find a place to have had such a great experience with an issue like this! This took place on 3/13/2023. This was the first time I ever had the opportunity to need or use an Urgent Care facility but would highly recommend the Parish location. Thanks Steve

I was very Concerned about my daughter’s health so I call prime health urgent care and was able to get medical services as son as I arrived thr office. . The office receptionist was very helpful and polite . My daughter was checked by Laura Schmitz . She was very professional and kind to us . Detail oriented and was able to provide the right diagnosis , medications , after care explanation, a test to get further information of my daughter’s symptoms. I was so pleased and satisfied with her attention and medical knowledge. I will definitely recommend Prime Heath urgent care to anyone who has last minute medical concerns or needs.

Amazing experience! Almost afraid to write about it for fear it’s going to become very popular..lol. I initially went to a nearby walk-in. Upon arriving at the the first one, I was told their imaging machine was down, and they recommended PrimeHealth. Upon entering, I immediately noticed a a fresh, pleasant scent..not stale or bleachy, as I’ve experienced elsewhere. The receptionist was knowledgeable about accepted insurance plans and was professional and pleasant. The nurse was kind, professional and thoroughly explained what we would be doing. The doctor, who reminded me of my dad ❤️, was quick to see me, thorough and gentle during the examination and also explained the series of events before and after my X-ray. While this review is quite lengthy, my time at the clinic wasn’t, thankfully. I was in, completed new patient paperwork, examined, X-rayed, foot wrapped, and out the door in (hope you’re sitting) 25 minutes!!!! Incredible!! And never felt rushed. I highly recommend PrimeHealth Urgent Care!

Norma at the busy front desk does it all....check in, gathering patient info, scanning into system, insurance verification and copay collections with a pleasant demeanor. Kudos to her. Medical treatment with Mike was basic and extremely brief. Had to ask questions for information that should have been forthcoming. All in all a good experience that only took about an hr and a half.

Great staff, 5 star service . Ava answered all my questions and was very helpful with filling out my paperwork at the front desk. Monet was polite , professional , and knowledgeable with the tests she ran. . Dr Mike was quick but thorough . And , I got in and out with no appointment , same day service !! I will be back for all my healthcare needs .

Janet-PA, Amy-Ma and Norma -FD were so friendly and caring. I had a huge issue and they were so compassionate. I have never had a PA hug me and say we got you, I was scared. Because of her fast response I'm on the road to recover. It could of turned into something really bad. I will always go here from now on if I have a medical problem. You girls deserve a medal. THANK U SO MUCH..

Went to urgent care for the first time ever. Really great experience. I had some odd symptoms and wanted to get an EKG to rule out a heart problem without spending ER level money given I was mostly sure it was a muscle and not the heart. I paid $140 for the EKG, my heart is fine. I was in and out in 45 minutes. If I had gone to ER I would still be there. Nurse was great. Provider was great. Spent time discussing with me the results and made sure I knew what to look for in case I continue to have problems. When to go to cardiologist etc. They were totally prepared to send me to ER if I did have a problem. They had been talking to a cardiologist to let them know they might have incoming in case the EKG did show something. For me - the cost of ER was what kept me away from emergency. But I also didn't want to ignore the symptoms I was experiencing (Which turned out to be muscle spasms). Getting checked out quickly and inexpensively made sure I took I could get checked out. Really really pleased with the whole experience. Would highly recommend.

I went today with an ear infection. The staff and the doctor were very nice and professional. I don’t have insurance right now and it will start January 2024. It makes me very happy that I can count on this amazing service in case I need something. Definitely coming back if needed.

Was seen yesterday. Staff was very nice. Patrice at the front desk was very informative when I had questions about the deductible and the MA and Dr was very nice as well. Will definitely be going back and would recommend them to anyone in the area needing help.

Went on a Monday night at about 7:30 pm and was taken in right away. Super efficient and friendly! We were fixed up quickly.. they saved us from a longer drive and huge bill at the ER. Thank you, Prime Health!

Every one of the staff members was friendly. Establishment was clean. Dr. M and his nurse went above and beyond for my son to make sure he was comfortable and well taken care of. I was very impressed with the level of quality care my son received.

Thank you so much for your excellent care. We arrived as they opened on Saturday morning. After filling out paper work, were taken to examine room. It was a purple toe issue. Mike was great, we were out in less than 15 minutes. Thank you for a stress free visit.

Stopped in for a nagging medical issue. Was seen within 10 minutes. Saw PA. No diagnosis was given, but prescribed me something to make me more comfortable, until I could have my issue looked into further. After a few days I have started feeling better. I am pleased with the treatment I received.

Lightning fast service and very friendly staff. The ARNP was very knowledgeable, professional, and prescribed the correct medication for me. I am already feeling better just two days after visiting Prime Health Urgent Care.

Staff was friendly and quick to get us in after new patient paperwork. PA was great and friendly. This is the first doctor to actually do anything to help my husband's problem with his ear. Ten out ten I would definitely reccomend.

I walked into the PrimeHealth Urgent Care on Clark Road, Sarasota. Early morning, there was only one patient ahead of me so they were ready for me to see P.A. once I completed my new patient paperwork. No wait, very efficient, explained care given, took an x-ray & showed me the x-ray & impression. Fitted me with a wrist spling. Sent the x-ray for radiology diagnosis. Follow-up and website were very professional.

We booked an appointment with PrimeHealth Urgent Care in Parrish because we were exposed to a person with Covid, and we were concerned we may have contracted the virus prior to a vacation we were scheduled to take, and we both were exhibiting symptoms of congestion and headache. It turns out we were negative, but Dr. Espinel was incredibly thorough in his evaluation/approach, not letting up just because we were Covid negative, but truly attempting to get to the root cause of our issues. Dr. Espinel is a true professional, and I recommend his council to anyone seeking medical care.

I had a great experience at Primehealth Urgent Care. I was seen very quickly. The PA who examined me was thorough and understood my concerns. She explained her diagnosis and I was satisfied with the results. I highly recommend PrimeHealth Urgent Care.
