There are a few good things and a lot of bad things. Good things: the workers are nice and try to help and in some days the breakfast is good (some days it is just normal food and nothing special. Bad things: the bathrooms are disgusting and dirty, the roofs are destroyed and drips water, the floor is not well cleaned, lamps missing on the roof and the pictutes are super different from the available online. I dont recommend this hotel at all

It is a very old hotel and almost nothing works there anymore - including some buttons in the elevators. But it's in a very attractive location and it came with an excellent price. Breakfast included, very big room, clean sheets & towels, no bugs, sometimes even a hot water in the shower - it's worth the price. Air conditioning in our room was struggling: it was on all the time and set on full cooling, but it was still a tad too warm. We only had two tiny pillows - when we asked for two more the guy at the reception promised to take care of it, but they never arrived to our room. Still, for this price, it's a great buy.

Good hotel with very friendly staff. Everything works as it should. There is even a swimming-pool on the roof with a nice view over Manaus. Good breakfast. In the Lobby, you will find Sr. Carlos to plan any excursion that you might be interested in.

Awful experience with their infrastructure and also with their level of maintenance/cleaning. We “were forced” to leave the hotel since the place is horribly maintained!

This place is a filthy dump. Don't stay here. Only once I found the restaurant open for dinner. Street food and local restaurants are much better. TV only gets 3 channels. Staff only speaks and understands Brazilian Portuguese.

The hotel might have been lovely some 20 years ago, but now just looks sad. I would give a 3 stars for the breakfast, a 4 stars for the dinner and lunch, but the rooms are terrible. I killed 3 cockroaches during my two nights stay. The air conditioner is good. The bed sheets were dubious at best and the bathroom did not provide any confidence. I used the bathroom only for washing hands and for the toilet. The roof offers a swimming pool and some plastic tables and chairs, but the overall terase feels deserted. Good for the view only. This was a business trip and I was forced to stay there otherwise I wouldn't choose such hotel.

If you are looking for the worst management in a hotel, maybe this is the place for you. It was once a 5 stars hotel, but now difficulty they can keep the place clean. They tried to charge us much more than our original book. Our room was dirty, many many many little things broken or didn't work. The staff was rude and never helped. Breakfast doesn't have natural juice, and be careful because you can take a dirty plate. They change our sheets (after 3days) by some dirty ones. They never apologies for anything A friend of mine was given a room with SOMEBODY INSIDE the room. He claimed and they even didn't now there was somebody else (it was 1 .a.m.).

Rooms are ok but the services are very poor. Person on the reception does not speak English. For entertainment, off course TV is there. But there are only 5 working channels and all local channels in Portuguese. If You will complain, they will tell you tomorrow to repair. Poor management. Any way location of hotel is good i.e in center of city.

Beyond the lobby the hotel is rather dated and run-down. We had issues with the cleanliness of our room when we checked in and the staff we met were not very friendly. The location is good, however.

Strange experience. Rooms with mold in the bathroom, very loud neighbors that made our sleep impossible. Than they called us at 5am with a wrong wake-up call. Not worth the price at all, compering with other hotels with the same rate.

Great and affordable place right near downtown Manaus. Easy to find. Only "complaint" (as somebody whose home is essentially the arctic for 2/3rds of the year) is that the rooms are saunas if you don't have fan/AC running... but it's the Amazon so wth do you expect lol.

They have to take care of some details ej jacuzzi leaking water for the bottom room 1201..

A good choice ,everything works and the location is great, excellent breakfast, a little bit old with small rooms but still an excellent choice.

Pros: rooftop pool, good breakfast Cons: cockroaches in the lobby, very outdated and uncomfortable rooms.
