The hotel was good for a 4 Star hotel. Good service. The location is OK. Near the airport and not far from the city. So using Uber was easy and not pricy to get to the city. Not all the staff speak english ao be aware of that. The buffet was OK not something special. Stayed there at the end of the dry season.

I have no idea whatsoever how this hotel can have such good reviews from others.. There are not really many options in the neighborhood so they know they don't really have to care about the customers as they are so "close" to the airport. It is not really that close, it is not really walking distance and you still have to take a taxi/Uber to get to the airport. If you have stayed at Wyndham hotels before or any similar hotel chains then don't expect to get service anywhere close to that here, they are just cash grabbers and are not at all accommodating. If you have a flight in the middle of the night or very early in the morning then you will not be able to get any breakfast here as they keep stating that the kitchen will not be able to deliver breakfast earlier than 6 (in any other hotel you would at least be able to get some simple breakfast delivered to your room just like what has been the norm during covid), but you cant even get a simple piece of bread, drink or anything as they are not at all service minded and they want to skimp out on any costs to make sure that they save all the money they can. Don't expect much from the room at all, there is basically nothing in the bathroom for hygiene and only one towel.. They don't have any information in the room either in regards to room service and they are not really answering questions on Booking either. If you are staying in Manaus and you have a flight you have to catch I would recommend to instead get an accommodation in the city centre or vicinity and not at this hotel as you will get zero value for your buck here and you will no matter still have to get a taxi/Uber to the airport so might as well stay at a decent place instead of here! I will for sure never stay here again if I am in Manaus!

Needed a hotel after an Amazon adventure. This place was close to the airport, very clean and accommodating, and had a great restaurant. Staff spoke English which helped a lot. A perfect end to a trip to Brazil.

Avg hotel good for airport location. Nothing luxurious. Breakfast buffet is very limited. Decent price. Beds are not very comfortable and only one pillow

It's actually such a nice place to stay. Location is a bit boring but if you're doing tours it's a great and safe base with security.

I'd give it five stars except that the little plastic black cover on the lock kept falling off which was irritating. Good food in restaurant, especially when they serve a buffet. Great location short drive from airport.

Considering where you are in a 3rd world country, they do a great job. But I got one bath towel, one hand towel. No wash cloth. Only a sheet on the bed, no blanket. Now it's roasting hot, but a light blanket with AC is really nice. Food is great, service is great, people are great!

Enjoyed our stay there with friends and family. Only complaint would be that the pillows are really soft. Felt like we were sleeping with bean bags under our heads. But the hotel staff were nice and polite and the restaurant's food was very good and their staff went out of the way to be helpful and accommodating.

The only good thing is being close to the airport if you need to catch an early flight. It’s a joke call this 4-stars. Room has mold and they give you one bath towel even though you booked a room for two people. No blanket and horrible pillows. Staff is inattentive and unhelpful. Tried to relax by booking a massage with them and I had to stop mid massage and tell the guy to stop. Worst massage ever, how do they even let anyone use their hotel for these services? Next time I’ll just do Ibis so at least I’ll know what I’m getting.

Near Manaus airport, staff was friendly and helpful, restaurant has wonderful food, and rooms are clean and nicely appointed, all at a reasonable price. Felt very safe and comfortable there.

A quick visit to an event from work. The attention of the staff to make sure all was going smoothly was great. Great service of food and snacks as well. The meeting room was well equipped with all the gadgets necessary to the event to happen. Great place for business trips.

Service was a high standard. Buffet food was decent enough with only a small selection. Sometimes the hot buffet items were a little cold. Room was simple, but comfortable. Noises were frequently heard out the door as people went by. Very convenient to the airport.

It's a nice hotel, but it's a little isolated from the area, if you need to stay near to the airport area, or visit the companies near this a good choice

Very reasonable hotel with great facilities and few minutes to air port. From Uber its Rs. 8.00. Great selection of foods and very comfortable beds. Great value for the money.

Very nice, clean and accommodating. Only down side, the breakfast was good, not great. Breads a bit dry, and no variety...same every day
