I just arrived in Manaus to meet my father in the Hotel Manaus but they disrespected my father and made a mockery out of him and his Accor membership! They wanted to downgrade him to a very noisy and smaller room on lower floor. I ended up staying at the Quality Hotel next door instead. I definitely not recommend. Epic Fail!

Don't believe the description of the rooms. When you arrive they cannot offer you what they promise on their website. They do not give any discount for not delivering what you paid for. Read other reviews before booking. Also it's not children friendly. I recommend Quality Hotel just about 100 meters down the street.

Only one person that speaks english and the dinning room for dinner is poor,Breakfast is good,the rooms are comfortable and the shower is great. There is a fantastic Corian restaurant next door expensive but worth a visit

Rooms are spacious and comfortable, location is good and staff are helpful. Would not recommend the breakfast as there are cheaper and tastier options available around town but the hotel is perfectly fine.

Very friendly staff (Bruno is one of a kind, make sure to keep him), location is great, breakfast is fantastic, rooms are large as well as the windows, shower is good. Restaurant menu could have more options tho and it was the first time a hotel restaurant charged me 10% for the room service.

Great service for the value. But the noisy traffic spoils it a bit.

Just not 4 stars hotel! In this hotel is really hard to find someone who speak any other language than portuguese; they do not speak english, spanish, Italian or any other. In addition, the makes you pay an additional tax if someone comes into your room just for few time, not to sleep of course, like the room was for two people when it is for one. Really strange! One night the elevator was opening and closing the doors all the night in the floor.... I couldn't sleep. One day I go for breakfast but there was a political talk, after a few minutes of waiting (there was no place to sit) I had breakfast in the middle of this talk with many people, photografers and so... another strange moment.

If you book the Superior room. Then you have nice space with a little kitchen and office space.

It is a very confortable hotel in general. The check in starts at 14hs, which is a little late considering the international flights.

Clean. Well located. Breakfast included.
