Cockroach in the room and toilet don’t work properly. They told breakfast is in included when I check in. Next day they charge me and told was not. Incompententes or lies, never coming back.

Pros. Simple but organized and heartwarming service that I really liked. If i am return to Amazonas, I wil stay here Holiday inn manaus. Cons Every traveller visits Manaus to explore the jungle and historic places so it seemed the swimming pool was not managed well.

Nice pool. Great breakfast (not included, but well worth the cost). Rooms are clean. Uber to get anywhere in town is only a few dollars from here. Safe area. Airline pilots and flight attendants stay here.

The rooms are big and all have very good air conditioning. Breakfast is amazing, but when booking make sure you get a room with it included. It is very close to the airport as well and you can get there and back very easily.

I loved every minute of my stay there. Amazing staff, very well located. I was able to walk through the Hotel area to a local mall. Suzane Ouro was very attentive to me, as well as every front desk member. I will continue to stay with them and will recommend.

Checked in very late and were out first thing the next morning. The reception staff 9night) were efficient to the point of being a little rude. Had two very tired kids in tow but wouldn't let my wife go up tot he room until everyone was checked into the system and apparently triple checked after that. When we asked if it would be ok for my wife to go up, we were just told "no", unnecessary really. Rooms was fine, although the bathroom was a little tired. Shower was lovely though, which was definitely very welcome. The beds were spacious and comfortable and the linen crisp and clean. Breakfast was the usual completely over the top holiday Inn breakfast, with lots of lovely fresh fruit etc and again, very welcome. I would stay again, but would probably have a look elsewhere if we were going to stay longer than 2/3 nights with the kids, probably somewhere a little closer to the centre of town as we prefer to walk everywhere.

One of the best IHG properties I have ever stayed at. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious. A must stay.

I have the most ever remembering memory from this hotel with my friends that I will always remember 🤗😍❤
